I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS STATION. The busses will be late EVERYTIME and makes everyone not just me miss their busses and you have to wait another 45 mins for the next one. Not to mention I leave 3 hours early before my shift and still get to work 15 mins before it starts. UNACCEPTABLE. The busses are always late. For instance I take the 229 bus to the TC and it gets there at 2:20 and the busses leave at the same exact time.. like what makes you think I’m gonna make that. Change the app and tell them that they won’t make the bus..

I had a great experience at the Addison transit center today. Employees were super helpful explaining the different express routes. The driver of route 239 was super helpful in showing me where to connect to a north bound bus. Efficient system

So they say they run till 2 am...but the 339 bus....gets to addison station at like 1245 and says that's their last stop for the night totally not cool got me walking another 2 miles causebthey didn't want to do their job...there is a reason why dart doesn't do a good job...why should i pay for a ride if they can't provide it? Insulting to say the least. If yall can't provide the ride that i pay for when there is still plenty of time. Yapl need to stop charging for rides....that's theft.

Buses enter and exit at excessive speed, driver's are not performing vehicle walk arounds prior to departure. Schedule 22 bus departed this afternoon with its engine compartment door open.

Estaba haciendo mucho frío y en la estación la calefacción no se sentía, fue una sorpresa saber que nuestra ciudad cuenta con este tipo de infraestructura de transporte.

There's an indoor waiting area with a clean restroom and a soda machine. They have on-site staff to help you that is very pleasant. Sometimes when it is raining they will open the lobby early. The parking is free. It is in walking distance to at least 50 restaurants, bars, nail places etc. Right along side of the property is where Addison holds its many festivals. The neighborhood is very clean and very safe. It is a nice area and a nice transit center.

Main bus center for changing bus routes. Have place for seating while you wait for buses that will not come on time. BEWARE! few bus driver’s and concerige staff mislead you. I have seen the worst response from the DART staff lady.
