Ottimo per il prezzo e quello che offre! Giro in barca, bagno e guida(fantastica), ci siamo trovato molto bene ho riscontrato una buona organizzazione e soprattutto un grande grazie a Diego che ha reso la giornata decisamente più interessante e divertente! Consiglio il tour da 55

NADA RECOMENDABLE. Nefasta organización y servicio prestado. Teniamos contratado un tour en barco con paradas en Positano y Amalfi con salida desde Sorrento. Nos dieron billete para el primer barco 20 minutos más tarde que el que teníamos comprado porque el anterior estaba lleno, y aun así el barco llegó más de 1 hora tarde. Además solicité la hoja de reclamaciones y se negaron a dármela. Más de 100 personas esperando en el puerto al sol sin ningún personal de la compañía para asistir ni dar explicaciones de lo que pasaba. Un desastre.

Do not buy from this agency. We bought tickets for the Capri Special tour after being promised an complete tour of the island on a smaller boat and a swim in the waters of capri. After getting off the ferry in Capri we were told the small boat would arrive at 12. We waited until half 12 for the boat to arrive. There were so many people in the tour that we couldn’t all fit onto the boat, despite the tour guide Rosella trying to squeeze us all on. Because of this, we were left in Capri without a tour guide. After waiting another half an hour not knowing what was going on, our tickets were taken off us and we were put on a different company tour, which was half the expected length and offered no swim. During the tour we drove past the crowded original boat (that we should have got on) who were going for a swim. After arriving back in Capri we waited about 20 minutes for our original boat to arrive back. Our tour guide, Rosella, was very apologetic and told us not to ruin our day and that we would get a partial refund when we arrived back in Sorrento. However, at the agency in Sorrento we were met by David who rudely told us that we could not get a refund on the service as our tickets were used.

I was afraid to take the Ferry to Capri with them because of the bad reviews, but honestly, we had a great service. Both rides from the round trip were on time. No complains.
Arrive 10 min early to find the departure place!

Pésimo servicio. Sacamos ticket para las 9:55 h y terminamos saliendo a las 11:22 para Capri. Nadie dió la cara. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

It's your money, do as you wish. But if your time is valuable to you use another ferry company. 1 hour and 40 minutes late departing Sorrento to Positano. 50 minutes late arriving in Positano to return to Sorrento. 5/15/2024

The trip around Capri is not worth with this company
The guide didn’t bother explain half of the journey he was focused on selling another tour while n the boat.
Guy lied saying there were no nice beaches so we would pay for his extra tour
Boat was completely full of people so lots of them couldn’t sit in a good place to enjoy the trip
We wanted to stop to have a swim but most of the people didn’t want to, so they decided to continue
Summary: get the private boat. The price difference is 100% worth it

una porquería de empresa , mal atendido,no llegan los botes, atraso de casi 2 horas , no devuelven el dinero , es lo peor que hay , no vale la pena comprar boletos aquí, LOS MAS MALOS DE SORRENTO, horrible empresa , son un asco en todo sentido, 0 recomendados , hay que evitarlos a toda costa, si se podría poner 0 estrella , lo merecen , no alcanza para 1
