Fantastic service all around. We had Astarita drive us from Naples to Sorrento. The communication was excellent with Barbara, the coordinator, and the driver as well; even when we accidentally got off at the incorrect train station. We also had Astarita drive us back from Sorrento to Naples with a stop in Pompeii for a tour. They arranged a private guide for our tour of Pompeii….Celeste…she was terrific. Her depth of historical knowledge was amazing and she was delightful, personally. Primo! And prego to Astarita! A++

Infelizmente o Audi tinha 90 .000 km e estava muito mal conservado, sujo e até sem tapetes. Estragou na rodovia após 3 horas de uso. O reboque nos atendeu bem, a Cinzia foi atenciosa e gentil, viu que a embreagem acabou por desgaste. Mas nos deixou numa entrada de uma pequena cidade de nome Fabro. Tivemos de nos virar; pegar táxi particular e pagar 270 euros até Firenze . E com todo este transtorno, perdemos 4 ingressos caros para ópera Carmen de Bizet . Os atendentes não falam Inglês, foram descorteses e mesmo um
destes, ameaçou nos de pagarmos o custo do conserto da embreagem, como se a responsabilidade do estrago fosse nossa! Foi muito estresse e chateação. Esta e’ a verdade. Não posso recomenda-los!

Our driver Alessandro was such a delight! He is local from Sorrento and extremely knowledgable. We were lucky enough to have him as our driver for 4 days. He made our experience so enjoyable. EXTREMELY trustworthy we were able to leave our bags even our passports in the vehicle while touring Pompeii!

A notable mention is our tour guide Celeste in Pompeii. Barbara was able to arrange the tour for us and it was truly wonderful. Our tour lasted about 2.5 hours and we really enjoyed it.

This car service was amazing to work with. Barbara at Astarita got back to us within 24 hours with each communication. Great considering 9 hour time difference. We had Mauro as our drive three times. He was punctual and always exactly where he said he would be. He gave us great tips on the area, on where to go and eat, but he didn't talk our ear off. We also enjoyed our ride with Salvatore, but we only had him for one transfer. He too was punctual and professional. The vans were clean and damage free. A bottle of water was always in the cup holder for each person. I'd use them again and suggest anyone else to consider this company. Thank you again, Barbara and Co. You made our trip to Italy a Breeze!

We used this service for a pickup in Naples, with a 2 hour stop in Pompeii, and continued on to drop us off in Amalfi. Our driver was excellent. Even with very heavy rain and traffic delays in Naples, he called our hotel to relay that he was going to be a few minutes late. -We appreciated knowing that someone was still coming and communicated with us. Used Astarita Car Service today for a transfer from Sorrento to Naples with a stop in Pompeii. Our pickup was scheduled for 9am and our driver, Alessandro, arrived at 8:45am. He was extremely professional in both his driving and knowledge of the area, offering us tips when visiting Pompeii, as well as pointing out sights of interest during our drive. The vehicle was a new Mercedes Benz van and was extremely clean. I contacted them late the day before our transfer and they were quick to respond via email and I was all booked and ready within minutes. If traveling in the area and are needing a transfer or tour of the area and are needing a break from trains and public transportation, consider booking with Astarita. Highly recommended.
