I was a little skeptical after reading these reviews but the repairman was fantastic. They called and said when he would be here and he was right on time. I would not hesitate to use them again. Whirlpool even fixed it for free under the warranty after it expire. He actually went over board with cleaning up, takes a lot to impress me after 26 years in the military. I’m impressed.

We have had issues with our refrigerator for numerous months now. The owner has been out to my house 5 different times. 3 different times stating he received a bad part. 45 days after getting the refrigerator working, it is now having the same issues we called them for in the first place. I called stating I would like a refund so I could get another company out to repair the fridge and they will not issue a refund. The owner did offer to come out to the house again but we are done with this company and the frustration! We have put so much time and effort into getting this repaired properly. I WOULD NOT recommend this company!

Ice maker replacement, Valve replacement. Worked for a while. Started doing same as before. Called several times over 3 week period leaving PHONE NUMBER AND MESSAGE. Never heard from them.

Very satisfied with Cen-tex appliance service. Kevin Smith, the owner/tech assessed my Maytag washing machine on the same day I first called and determined a part needed to be ordered. Within 2 days, he'd received the new part and installed it. Better yet, Whirlpool uses this company for factory authorized service. So, when I called (at his suggestion) to ask if they would honor a warranty claim 2 months out from the warranty expiration, Whirlpool paid for the diagnostics and replacement parts. I'm so glad I called Cen-Tex!

This company is ridiculous! I wait four days for a confirmation call I never received. When I finally did get to speak with someone from cen tex is was only due to Lowes company calling again leaving them a message to call me about my appointment. The women I spoke with was very rude and unprofessional. When you set up an appointment your suppose to make sure the time and day if at a possible will work for the client. Not just tell me rudely that you will call me in the morning, not giving any specifics as if we are all suppose to wait around for you to call us tell us your on your way and we suppose to just agree. I think not. On top of that you dont listen, I called this company the morning of the appointment that they schedule themselves letting them know I did not appreciate how they handled this and I no longer need the services. I have another company coming out. They show up anyway acting surprised. Once I explain to the repair man in a calm manner what has already taken place, that I've already notifed the office I no longer need their help. He wants to get an attitude also. Replies shaking his head "okay that's fine "... your right CEN TEX LACEY LAKE VIEW AREA. You all need to get it together and find a way to represent this company better than you have shown me this week as a FIRST AND LAST TIME CUSTOMER. I will NEVER reccomend anyone to you. Some people wi say oh It just depends on the person you get on the phone or have come out to your home... how about make sure everyone on your team is doing the job they get paid for correctly and with respect for themselves and for the company.

This guys were verry helpful and verry professional.They work with me from the beginning to the end on a factory warranty from Frigidaire that was giving me a run around on a 6 month old AC.I'm verry happy with them and I 100%recommend them for appliance work.?

These people are just plain dishonest they don't know how to repair machines they are just board changers. They tried to fix my dryer 3 times and ended up replacing the main board at a cost of over $500. I could have bought a new one. Very dissatisfied EX Customer!!!

Worse place ever... took my dryer on a Monday to get it checked and the lady told me they will give me a call to let me know what is wrong with it and 3 days later I called to see what was the deal and still didnt have an answer for me the lady told I will call you back as soonest he gets back and it's Friday and still no call but they were quick to take my money to supposedly take a look at it smh ....
