We had a nasty odor which appeared overnight, I was familiar with the very distinct odor and I knew it was a dead animal of some sort. I tried to find it with no success. So I decided to call around multiple places and even had three different companies come out and try to find the source of the odor that was taking over our home. Nobody came close to the accurate location of where the dead animal even was Ultimately located. Luckily Mark with Centex wildlife control had the right knowledge to find the source of the odor. He climbed underneath my house as well as got into the attic until he found what he needed to. Very determined.

We just recently moved to Lakeway and began hearing noises in our attic. We had a similar experience with our previous house. So we knew that we had to move fast and contact a company that was able to assist us with this issue. We contacted a few different companies and ultimately decided to move forward with Centex. They were very knowledgeable, great warrantee, able to assist us the same day, and we were extremely impressed. They discovered that the noises we were initially hearing were caused by Raccoons in our attic. We loved the fact that the company is humane and were able to humanely evict the raccoons from our attic. No more raccoons in the attic and we are able to sleep peacefully. Thank you

My husband and I started hearing scampering noises in the attic, this was the first and only time we were hearing noises like this in 12 years of living in our home. We didn’t know what it was causing the noise, so the next morning we called Centex. The tech. Chris that came out to inspect was very knowledgeable and thorough. He discovered we had a rodent issue. They did a great job eliminating my rodent problem. I highly recommend!

We originally had an exclusion done to our home by a different company a little over a year ago (not mentioning any names) They didn’t offer us a full coverage warranty. We paid them a lot of money and ended up not very happy when we had a recurring problem. So we decided to look elsewhere and luckily found Centex. They immediately returned my phone call and afterwards I received a call from the technician letting me know when he could come over and inspect. He was extremely helpful and understood my concerns. He was nearby and came over within the hour. After the inspection he went over everything that needed to be done to resolve the issue. We unfortunately found out we had a mother raccoon living in our attic along with 3 babies. But fortunately they are humane company and took care of the situation humanely. They also sealed off the holes and provided a lengthy warranty. (Unlike the other company) Thank you again Michael, We can’t thank you enough for your great service.

We had been hearing activity in our attic and wanted someone to come out the same day to evaluate the situation. We were fortunate enough to get in touch with Centex Wildlife Control. They arrived the same day and performed the inspection which took a few hours. Afterwards they discovered what the issue was and told us we had a ring tailed cat living in our attic. They took care of the situation and we are ecstatic with their performance. Thank you again and we hope to not need any further assistance, but if we do we'll give you call for sure!

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. They helped me out of a huge bind. one of my tenants had a foul odor from what turned out to be a rodent issue. Cen-Tex came out as soon as possible the same day as promised to help us with the issue. They were able to successfully diagnose the problem and alleviate the odor in a timely manner so that my tenants could open up their office as usual. We will be using them with our future properties.

One thing I don’t do is snakes, so when I found one hanging out in my garage I starting calling around, it was late at night but it was worth a shot. I called at least 4 companies but I couldn’t get anyone on the phone (understandable). The company that did answer was Cen-Tex. I was surprised and impressed at how quick They had someone out to remove what wound up being a 3 foot rattlesnake. Within 25-30 minutes I was snake free what an awesome service!
