Cold water shut-offs or breaks in the system happen far too often—about once every three months—and last longer than 24 hours, forcing residents to endure cold showers, courtesy of CENTRO’s poor management. Additionally, the lobby floor was painted with a cheap, unattractive epoxy that resembles a car garage or tacky store. While building rules prohibit short-term Airbnb rentals, management often turns a blind eye. This isn’t a big issue until the pool is overcrowded with unfamiliar people who disregard the rules because it’s not their home. Maintenance for amenities is equally slow, with broken gym equipment often taking a month to be fixed. As a resident who frequently uses the facilities, I can tell you these are common issues here. And although the homeless presence has decreased somewhat, it’s still noticeable. Plus, there’s low-income housing right next door to this pricey condominium. One last note there is no parking in the building and valet monthly services were terminated and limited to about 20 spots. What's good about the building? Beautiful condominium.

New owner - originally from the New York/New Jersey area. I am very pleased with my purchase/investment - the building is exceptional - the design is a modern luxury loft reminiscent of a Manhattan (NYC) loft! In addition, new management has completely revamped the building and I could not be more pleased with the professionalism and service provided by the staff. I would like to give a big thank you to both the new property manager, Lauren Gutierrez, and the building administrator Sohely Mejia for their outstanding efforts.

If you’re looking for a newer building (built in 2016) located in the heart of the downtown, with loads of amenities (rooftop pool, sauna, gym, steam room, ocean views) and built by a well know and respected developer (Newgard Development Group) look no further - Centro is the place for you!

New building in the heart of downtown Miami, great location and amenities view of 360o from different rooms of the lounge, gym and open swimming pool in the 37th. Floor. Valet parking no parking on site. Went there for Airbnb studio rent.

Fui de visitante y la atención en recepción del Front desk pésima, estuve esperando por más de 10 minutos y la Sra que estaba limpiando el piso el piso le gritó “Diego” salga que tiene varias personas esperando y aún así el Sr tomó tiempo. Don't choose this building. Serious problems with the elevators! Right now 2 Elevators down out of 3 (on an almost 400's apt building) for the past week, looking to get "resolved" by the end of next week. Where is the sense of urgency? I have been without AC in this Miami heat for the past week, maintenance not present on the building on weekends, or not able to resolve issues on the spot. Parking is not attached/not owned by the building, so if the Parking Lot decides to close, you are on your own. Mind you this is a brand new building, there is so many better options out there. The ammenities, views and the front desk staff are great, but is not enough to make me renew my lease on this building. Can't wait to leave!! Don't recommend!

The rooftop pool has one of the best 360 views in all of Downtown Miami. Overall, the amenities are amazing and the pool and gym especially make it worth living here.

Excellent building- front desk guys are awesome- and amenities like Gym, Pool- are world class - opened until 12 am..You got Wholefoods, Starbucks, CVS, and prominent restaurants within 2 blocks from the building.. Best decision of my life to move in to this building ?
