Good for our daughter to travel back and forth from Dallas to Austin, instead of her driving. Bus was a little late today than scheduled. But overall like this location and staff is very helpful guiding travelers in choosing which line to be waiting.

Depends most of Dart Bus Opertators drivers are very very moody & have a bad attitude for no good enough reasons i dont know why take it to work & most explode onto the passangers for no good enough reasons or have an bad attitude just because also had an EX of a goof
ball who still works as a bus Dart operator & he isnt a real good person just pretends to be anyhow over i gave this 2 stars cause idk what else to say we the dart bus passangers us we all are not so bad but the ex goof dart (i left him due to his own unresloved mental illness & he still refusess to go to seek counseling that dart insurance is still paying for him the ex goof ball who bua dart operator is toxtic he alao a drunk drinks alchol ontop the ex goof ball bus operator that toxtic goof ex was dating he could had been alot more of a better person which he took besides his psyhic meds yet no counseling that dart is providing for him that he isnt going too & dart & dart police still isnt doing nothing about it so dart dont care really seems like it about their dart bus opertsor/ employees isnt & wont ever will be due to his own personal mental reasons ( but this is to blame all Dart hiring incharge problem Hiring problem for all bus operatorsfor Dart.) Was confusing at first, boiling hot temperature inside the building. So many people asking for money while waiting nfor bus. We made our bus and made it to Houston in one piece

I ride Dart everywhere because the service is very convenient. The buses are usually on time and very affordable!

I had to bring a family here and then pick them up afterwards. It was a better experience than I originally expected. The place is not hard to find except it's surrounded by one way streets (like the rest of downtown) so you end up looping a few times. There are metered parking spaces on one side but if you have other folks in the car with you, you can have them loop around while you either help bring bags down for a departure or go pick up someone who just arrived.

Used "Megabus" from Grand Prairie (Dallas) to Houston. Great drivers, very caring, helpful and attentive to driving conditions. Had a reserved seat on second level, right up front with perfect vision to view all areas while traveling, very comfortable and extremely good prices. Would definitely use them again. Bus terminals very clean and kept up well.

Suggestion: Add arrival times to your sites and apps for those that need to pick up their loved ones and friends.
Also, any delay information on the arrivals. So people that are picking up are not driving around forever waiting for bus arrival, because there’s no parking available for a pick up and go.

I hate driving.
Customer service was not the highlight of the ride but, the bus was clean and the ride seemed safe. I enjoyed actually seeing the sunrise over the cornfields. No stress getting to Austin was a treat for me. I'd do it again. And BTW the price is amazing.
