This hotel was easy to access, they were very fast to check us in and out and the rooms smelled and looked awesome! The outside of the building is vintage and cool! There are really pretty fountains and a nice pool!
We felt very safe staying here! We pulled off the highway with the back of our vehicle packed full of our belongings and they happily made sure we had parking close to our room as well as they have cameras on the property.
The beds were cozy the and a/c worked awesome, the entire staff was amazing, fun and kind!

P.s. We had a late check out at 12 pm and I have to say not a single person bothered us not even 1 time! We left our room at 11:45 ?

I have asked for later check out times in the past at other places and I have always been woke up by staff or calls to the room from front desk, This place did not even touch our door! This was so greatly appreciated ?

You get what you pay for. It seemed recently renovated with new floors and paint, but you could still see staining in the sink, bathroom, and ceilings. It did not feel very neat or clean, so if you are sensitive to that stuff, be extremely wary. Even though it was a non-smoking room, every time we would walk in, it smelled like smoke. 3 stars because our expectations were not high given the price and it was an extremely convenient location to Mammoth Cave.

The room was clean. The hot water did not work. It barely got warm. The breakfast was underwhelming. The beds are springy but not terrible. The doors do not shut easily. The vending machine will steal your money. The pool was small but nice and clean. Check out is at 11 am but they will deactivate your key card at 9:30 be aware.

I like the hard floors (no carpet) and the rooms were clean and updated. Plenty of outlets. The outside needs updates but the pool was very nice and clean. I didn't like needing to walk on the outside of the hotel to get to the front desk. They dont permit guests to use the pass through door by the pool. They also track how many pool towels they give you by your room number. Which worries me they are going to charge me if they cant find one in my room when they clean it. The biggest issue we had was they deactivated our room keys in the morning so we always had to leaving someone in the room when we packed things up in the morning. We nearly got locked out of our rooms with purses and valuables inside. I have never had a hotel do this. Mind you check out was 11am and we noticed the keys deactivated at 8am. I told the desk about it and he said he would tell his boss but by that time we were already packed up. The room was worth the value and stay but the policies and practices of management are nothing i have encountered before at any other hotel.

Stayef here a few nights visiting Mammoth Cave. Serves its purpose to sleep and shower. Room itself is nice, looks recently updated. Beds are springy but nice.

Only complaint is the bathroom. Mildew in tne grout and in area of tne shower. Bathroom floor is similar style to that of a public pool. The toilet even after light use took more than one flush. There is also no vent in the bathroom probably contributing to mildew. Water pressure is A+ in the shower.

Great for a few days and the price, but management needs to push owners to have bathrooms renovated or to talk to them about venting the bathrooms in the rooms. Mildew isnt good for health whatsoever and shouldnt be present in showers that are sold as a part of the room to guests. Otherwise it would be 5/5. Well done Bathrooms deserve 2/5 stars.

This place needs lots of work.
Dirty sheets,doors need replaced.
Bullet hole in front window.
No coffee marker in room.
Bed hard .
Please, this place could be a nice motel ...but needs lots of work .

Right off e way, pet fee was low like $20
Room was fine across from cracker barrel, didn't have any issue good deal for the price , I slept good

We stay over the memorial weekend to visited caves in the area. The hotel is old but you can tell they been working on updgrades. Our room, 110 had 2 beds. Beds/room were clean and no bad odors. The bathroom was tiny and out dated. Toilet cracked me up lol so tiny ?. You do hear others depending on how loud they are. The pool was nice and clean, very refreshing after being in the heat. Amazing Mexican place next door that I highly suggest as well. We would stay again for sure, if needed. Free breakfast was basic so we skipped on that.
