Very nice affordable hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Seemed a little outdated. |Might stay again if In the area. I was not welcomed as Status member or given any welcome bag. Greeted nicely when walked into the lobby. Did not use restaurant, pool, or fitness facilities but they did look suitable

I was rather surprised when I visited this location. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel offers quite a bit of amenities and appears to be a conference center or at least able to accommodate several events simultaneously.

This hotel was absolutely awesome customer service was excellent. The food is delicious.
call out certain names for the service that I received so shout to Ms. Lisa. Mr. Del Mar the gentleman behind the bar and
Dominique, all fabulous people to meet.
If ever in this area this is the place to stay.
There is two pools one inside and out. Location is also great.

Very nice hotel. Clean rooms and comfortable bed. Front desk did not acknowledge my Bonvoy status and offer bag at check in. Comfortable bed. It is a little far off 95 but good value for a peaceful night sleep

I love this hotel. I tried it for the first time with my Marriott Bonvoy card and received 7 days free with the card. I came back the next year. It’s just a great place. The price is reasonable. The rooms are clean. The service is great. The people are very friendly and has a restaurant on site pool inside and outside a large pond at the back with the walking area. The dogs are allowed on the second floor, and then they can walk around the pond. I like other pet friendly hotels. The pet fee is a one time fee charged on the first day no matter how many days to stay. There’s lots of activities going on here and there’s groups of people whether it’s reunions or sports clubs or conventions. Great place.

My bedding and shower had hair in it. While checking in another guest was at the front desk complaining the room he was giving also had not been cleaned as well.... thankfully I had my own sheet and a throw so I didn't have to sleep on the hotel bedding but I didn't have a pillow so I suffered from that. The restaurant stated that it closed at 11 the guy at the bar turned off the lights around 1020. My brother and I went to the bar to ask about them being open at 1030 he said no he had already closed everything down. We only stayed there because we were all in town for our sisters wedding. But I would never stay there again or recommend anyone else staying at this location

Stayed here for ~3 week this Oct. Rooms are slightly dated & hallways are noisy on weekends. Housekeeping was servicing the room every other day when I stayed. Front desk was very friendly & made sure to note my status with Marriott. No laundry services available for guests at this location. Outside pool was closed indoor pool is not heated.

I brought the whole family along for a trip to visit Old Dominion and we stayed here for over two weeks in July. What made our experience exceptional was the warmth and personality of the staff. The front desk has a stellar employee in Sakayi who always greeted us with a smile and made sure we had everything we needed from a crib for our 2 yr old, to towels, and always with a smile and always so attentive. You do get a complimentary breakfast (7/10) and we were graciously attended by Aquila. We looked forward to talking to her when my wife and I would go down to the restaurant for our bfast. Justin is the maintenance technician that I spoke with on occasion and he was always friendly with my kids and I even told him that the place wouldn't make it a day without his reliability (he is who I saw cleaning the pool and he also provided us a new safe). The cleaning staff was also so kind and so attentive so I wish to highlight Ramona, Yesenia Bonilla, and Evelyn Vargas who truly made our stay that much better by being attentive and so warm hearted to my kids. Hotel management has done an exceptional job in hiring these folks and I wish to visit stay here again.
