Bellissimo hotel in centro. Camere di design e ottima la pulizia. Dovrebbero migliorare servizi ed essere un po' più disponibili considerando i prezzi delle camere.

We stayed here for one night while in Norfolk and loved it! The view from the room was amazing. I really loved the windows and decor. Everything was clean and organized. Beds were very comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Check in was smooth and parking was pretty easy. The art gallery is nice! We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic hotel. Modern and clean and comfortable. The glass art gallery of 2 floors is phenomenal. We had cocktails at the bar which were very creative and super friendly bartenders. Also had dinner at the restaurant which was fantastic. Interesting menu choices and really tasty. We will definitely return for dinner and a stay over. The menu was also gluten free friendly.

We visited the gallery adjacent to the hotel, and loved it! It had very interesting pieces. It also has places to sit and enjoy the sculptures as well as restrooms.

The hotel staff was very friendly and just let us enjoy the artwork at our leisure. We will definitely be back!

Had a wonderful staycation with my wife. We had a beautiful room. Room was spotless, and had amazing views. Shower was amazing and the bed was very comfortable. Valet was quick and easy. Had everything we wanted plus more. All the staff were wonderful, especially Mike at the front desk who checked us in. Thank you Mike for your hospitality

I tried to get gift certificate for 175.00 for son and daughter in law. Restaurant said to go online Marriott.com. Marriott said since we had no points couldn’t help. We just wanted to pay cash via credit card. Bottom line no one would help. Even rep agreed. We don’t live in Norfolk so unable to go in person. They don’t want new customers so don’t bother.

The hotel location is great, within walking distance of many restaurants. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I had an excellent, clean corner room with great light, a comfortable bed, a large TV where I could stream Netflix, etc., a mini-fridge and lovely decor. The shower was also very nice and more modern than I expected. The hairdryer did not work and housekeeping immediately replaced it with a new one, but then determined that the outlet near the sink was the issue (non-functional), so I used another one in the room. The sink drained very slowly, but was functional. There are no ice machines but you can request a bucket of ice anytime, and it is quickly delivered. Water was available on the floor, which was a nice perk. The glass art gallery attached and the glass throughout the hotel was an interesting and unique amenity. I appreciated the double blinds on the windows, allowing light screening or blackout for sleep. Good security locks on the door and felt very safe traveling alone. The bar area is super noisy but they allow you to take beverages to your room without issue. I would stay here again, despite the minor issues; overall a very comfortable and pleasant stay for a work trip,
