Hello! This was the most relaxing and reliable service we have ever used abroad. The men were exceptional and were so so kind. The one thing we valued MOST was that they do NOT talk and drive because if they did we would report them as the Company told us to do. The professional Drivers were focused on the road and our comfort inside the vehicles not their conversations on the phone. Then they were careful, like each transport was carrying precious cargo which we are! The smooth transfers and how helpful each Driver💞 quickly removed every morsel in our hands and loaded it into the truck/cargo area or inside the vehicles where we chose to sit for the duration of the ride were very gentlemanly escorting us inside of the clean comfortable Mercedes (they all were🤭). This was a seemless process of 4 separate transfers on 4 separate days over a 14 day span. Each ride was special and we are grateful this was the one thing we didn't have to worry about. Please be advised, which we were thrilled about--these Drivers are professionals and will arrive on time if not before. Please be kind to them and aware of their schedules and time constraints. We were overjoyed to tip handsomely each transport. Thank you! Gosh I hope you're in Spain too!

Our driver Gennaro was absolutely amazing!!! He knew so much about the history and the area it was a really nice ride. He recommended a restaurant on the coast and got us the best seat with a view it was incredible. He also gave us recommendations for where to go and eat and shop. He gave us enough time to explore each town. The driving was insane so I am so glad we got him as a driver he was so amazing! Could not recommend this enough!!! Request Gennaro if you can he is an amazing driver and was absolutely perfect for our day on the Amalfi Coast.

I booked a private tour for a hike of the Path of the Gods. Gennaro was our driver and he went above and beyond to give us a great experience. He was courteous and knowledgeable of the area. Not only did he drop us off and pick us up where/when we wanted but gave us a great tour of the full Amalfi coast. Could not recommend him enough and would use this company again when we come back to the area.

David took us all around the Amalfi Coast and to Sorrento having picked us up from our hotel in Positano. He was very polite and respectful, happy to share his vast knowledge of the area and a careful and expert driver. David had great suggestions of places to visit, shops to go to and best places to eat. He was happy to stop for photos and even didn’t charge us when we were over the time limit due to the traffic.

I am writing to commend Good Heart Limos for their outstanding service. This past June, I booked a transfer for my travel clients through Viator, and while they encountered an unexpected flat tire, the company’s response was exemplary.

The driver handled the situation with professionalism and ensured my clients felt safe and informed throughout the delay. While a portion of their transfer had to be canceled (stop at Herculaneum) the company insisted on a partial refund and even treated my clients to a lovely lunch. This was above and beyond!

This level of customer care and attention to detail is truly commendable. My clients were thoroughly impressed and grateful for the extra effort. I highly recommend Good Heart Limos for their reliability, professionalism, and exceptional service.

I'd like to give 4.5 stars for the administration portion of the booking with Good Heart Limos. They were communicative, efficient and timely. The reason for the 3 star overall review is because we chose this company as they were more flexible with their pick up times.

We asked for a 7am pick up and with a 3.5 hr commute back to Rome Airport from Sorrento, we also agreed on added time for weather (it was raining a ton) and traffic, agreeing that arriving by 1130 am would be perfect for our 230pm departure time.

The night before, the service sent us a message indicating they were going to change the pick up time to 6am. That didn't work for us, so we negotiated 645am. We believe it was because they booked a 2nd pick up at Rome airport when they dropped us off.

The driver communicated directly with me through What's app and was there on time at 645. The issue was it was pouring rain and it was quite a walk from the private lobby entrance with 12 luggages (6 people) down to the main road. So we opened the gate and asked him to come in and meet us at the front doors. The airbnb we stayed at indicated all local drivers should know they are NOT allowed to do this. We didn't know.

The dilemma was as instructed we locked all sets of keys in the airbnb apartment and headed down to load up the van. There was no lockbox outside the airbnb to put a set of keys in with a code. We didn't know the gate wasn't on a sensor and would close right behind him as he entered. For 90 mins we were stuck in the complex and couldn't get out until we finally woke a local resident who had a key to let us out.

Although, there is fault on all sides (ours, the airbnb- lack of clear instructions and car service knowing not to enter), what frustrated us was they charged us 80$ Euros more for the 90 min delay even though we arrived at the airport at 1110am - as planned or earlier!! The driver hit speeds of 150-160km an hour scaring the lift out of us on the drive to make up time to try and hit his 2nd transfer putting our lives at risk. As they still made the time as planned, I don't think it's fair to have charged us the extra cost. The airbnb was kind enough to give us half of this cost back for their role in the misunderstanding.

Not only this, but one of the seats in the back that lifts up to let people into the back row was broken off it's track when the driver arrived. Our husbands spent time trying to fix it for the driver - we didn't break it. Luckily there were enough seats as that seat would not go back into the track. It was a very stressful 90 mins until we got out of the complex and then drive at those speeds. Fortunately, we made our flight as it was delayed over an hour.

Beware! Do not allow any transfer services into complexes that are private property if the gates autolock! Even if it's pouring walk down, get soaked with all your luggage to avoid this happening to you!
