Am traveling across the area-- and found this hotel-(great reviews)... I made a reservation for the wrong night?.. I called and spoke with Kiera- and she took care of MY ERROR!!!! We arrived to smiles- and everything was perfect.. Place is brand new-- rooms are very nice clean and comfy! I will stay here again!! Thank you!!

Our 2nd visit to this location - convenient to Harrisburg, Carlise and surrounding towns with having a more residential vibe. Friendly helpful staff. Property is well kept including interior common areas. Room was quite and clean with only the slightest sign here and there of wear and tear. Steaming "smart" tv a plus as we've migrated to YouTube for our entertainment. Breakfast is decent for expected hotel class. Hot & cold selections were well stocked and dining area was clean. Issac's restaurant next door has good soup and sandwich selections and other hot dishes paired with brewpub beer selection and cocktail bar. Would stay here again.

I had a great experience staying here! The rooms were very clean and the workers were very accommodating. The owner was super helpful as well when some trouble arose with booking the room. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Stayed there for a few nights for work. The hotel was great! The staff was nice and helpful. The hotel was clean and had the best hot water for showers! The location was close to the highway so easy access to places we had to go while there. If I come back to this location, I’m definitely staying here.

We travel 81N a lot between VA & NY to visit family & would stay 1/2 way at HI in Carlisle, but they changed ownership. This was next best location & we like it. A bit further off the interstate, but quiet, clean, friendly staff, good price, pets welcome. Large parking area that’s good for morning walk. A couple of restaurants next door. Wish it had an indoor pool.

This was a wonderful stay from start to finish. All areas of the facility, as well as the room, were immaculately clean. Sherri (& the rest of the staff we interacted with) were incredibly nice and accommodating. Very pleasant to work with.

Two of us forgot toothbrushes and toothpaste and were given complimentary sets from the front desk. We arrived in town a bit early before check in but we called ahead and our room was already cleaned so they let us check in early. Day 2 our key stopped working. I called the desk and they had maintenance into our room and the lock battery changed in under 10 minutes. Impressive.

We had no issues with loud or rowdy guests. The area and parking lot felt very safe. The blackout curtains were so good that my kids slept until after 7:30am and thought it was still dark outside. The breakfast was pretty good. There were continental breakfast options (all fresh and delicious) and they also had hot breakfast options like french toast sticks, omelet, scrambled eggs, chicken sausage, fried potatoes, hardboiled eggs, oatmeal etc. Four different juice, teas, coffee. Something for everyone. The in-room shampoo/conditioner/body wash/soap etc were VERY good and much appreciated to not have to open our bottles.

10/10 recommend and will absolutely stay here again if we visit Hershey area. Well worth the 30min drive to the parks.

Best place so far for when I need to go to Mech, PA. The rooms are always clean. I absolutely love the fact that they provide pump shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The beds are comfy and it’s not insanely loud. The lobby is nice. The staff is welcoming and extremely nice. I haven’t seen one unhappy negative staff member and I’ve been here a lot. The breakfast is decent. The workout room is nice. The pool was a bit difficult to find for some reason but I still love it here.

This is our favorite Hampton Inn now. Harrisburg PA- Connie at front desk was great. So friendly and inspiring to talk with her. What a great outlook and personality! Good breakfast selection! Very good coffee, best huge outdoor pool for a Hampton. And it's a salt water pool sparkling clean and good for your skin. Jeez I wanted to stay another night to have another swim. More like a resort pool and beautiful grounds! Kudos to the groundskeeper. Little eatery called Isaac's right next door with craft beers and flights! great fish and chips, hot sandwiches, pretzels and beer cheese. Stay here!
