Ho alloggiato in quest'hotel per un paio di notti per motivi di lavoro. Livello generale molto buono. Stanza ampia e luminosa con vista sul piccolo lago. Pulizia impeccabile. Solo un po' rumorosa a causa dei condizionatori posti alla base della facciata dell'hotel. Condizionamento non eccessivo come di solito accade in america. C'è un piccolo Starbucks al piano terra per la colazione e intorno si trovano molti ristorantini dove pranzare o cenare sulle rive del lago. palestra essenziale ma funzionale.

I was in town for a concert and booked this hotel when the original hotel i was suppose to stay at did not work out. As a solo traveler, safety is my main concern and the Hilton exceeded my expectations! Everything went very smoothly from checking in to checking out. It is in a good location when it comes to exploring Charlotte. I will definitely be staying at this location again in the future. Thank you for making me feel at home.

Got upgraded to a nice top floor, corner room, which was nice. Didn't have to ask either, although I didn't arrive until about 6PM and earlier in the day when I checked my app, they hadn't upgraded me yet. A coworker with Diamond status as well did not end up getting upgraded, presumably because he checked in earlier.

The room was nice enough for the most part. Loved the floor-to-ceiling windows. It was well-appointed enough for sure. It smelled a bit musty, though, and the light fixture above the coffee-maker was barely hanging loosely off the wall, not mounted properly (room 1204 if anyone from the hotel reads this and wants to send maintenance up).

The executive lounge seemed kind of like an afterthought. I've seen better spreads at an evening reception at a Homewood. It was a beautiful space though, with the window that spanned two stories.

Great location. Didn't get to check out the pool, but I could see them cleaning it during my stay, so it appears well taken-care-of. Overall a perfectly serviceable Hilton with nothing too significant to complain of.

Had a fantastic experience here! Stayed for 5 days. Every employee I interacted with was friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and was very clean. The interior design was rich and modern. They are renovating the rooms so there was some noise I could hear from my room but there were lots of spaces to work around the hotel. Our room had not been renovated yet but you would have thought that it had been since it was so nice. Food was great. Special acknowledgment to Brittany, Iris, Nate and Justin who were so kind and personable. LOTS of restaurants and shops around the boardwalk. Would absolutely stay here again.

Rooms and the entire hotel is always freezing cold. It’s cold outside and cold inside doesn’t make sense. Room heat is weird sometimes the thermostat isn’t working and you have to repeatedly press buttons. Keycards sometime don’t work perfectly. Apparently some of my relatives found bugs but I didn’t see them. Beware! The location is nice thou lots of things around just do a quick check on maps you can see like 50 things nearby in walking distance even. The two guys in the bar area are cool

I didn't stay over night. I was only there for Senior Citizen's Association award program. It was a semi formal
banquet affair. The food was nicely presented and tasted good. The star of the meal was a hefty serving of salmon, seasoned very well!! All the servers were attentive and accommodating for our big group of "experienced adults", LOL!!
