HOTEL IS A TRICK!!!! CHEAP BASE PRICE BUT THEY GET YOU EVERY WAY THEY CAN!!! As a family that travels a lot and therefore stays at a lot of hotels, I have to say this is one of the worst. The first staff member I encountered, Gladys, would rather sit and be on her cellphone than help. This hotel is full of trickery, so be careful. I was specifically told "breakfast is 630 - 1030". Nothing more. Was able to overlook Gladys' rude behavior for the cheap room and free breakfast the next morning. The AC didn't work in our room, so that was fun to sleep in. The following morning my son and I went to get breakfast, after getting our food and sitting down, I was handed a bill. More trickery. No one ever mentioned having to pay for the continental breakfast, and never have i ever seen a hotel that charges for this kind of breakfast. The lady working breakfast stares at you the entire time, it's very uncomfortable. When it was time for check out, the hotel REFUSED to give me a receipt. They were fine charging my card the night before for $50 but not a final receipt. I do not recommend this hotel.

This is our second time staying in this hotel, and we've consistently had a good experience with the room and the service and that we received.

I wanted to give a specific shout out to the nice woman Gladys who checked us in on 11/29 and complimented my partner's outfit. She was very warm and friendly and her kind words made my partner's night.

I usually have had great stays at this location but this past weekend was beyond disappointing. On my first night, someone literally came into my room close to midnight. Apparently, the front desk messed up and double booked my room. Despite having a do not disturb placard on my door, the guests entered anyway which was not pleasant at all. The second night, there was an obnoxious guest next door talking on the phone past midnight with the speaker phone on. I called the front desk and they told me they informed that guest they were disrupting others and this rude guest pretty much said "they'll get over it". The front desk explained there was nothing else that could be done. So apparently you can be a disruptive guest with no consequences...got it.

I'm giving 2 stars because the staff seemed apologetic and I did get one night comp'd. I would have rather gotten 2 nights of uninterrupted sleep instead. Sadly, I don't think I can trust this hotel to provide a safe night of rest.

I am an Uber driver. I had just dropped off a passenger, and needed to use the bathroom.
Nancy, the front desk greeter rudely asked to what I wanted. When I politely asked her to use the lobby restroom, Nancy said absolutely not and that I was trespassing on private property.
If this hotel's staff is friendly, I hate to see what unfriendly is like!

As a diamond club member, I stay in a Hilton typically 3 to 4 nights a week all over the country

While at this particular Hilton Garden Inn three days ago I requested use of a meeting space

The girl said she would text her manager and also contact the sales people

Who never contacted me over the course of three days

Upon checking out, I asked to speak to the manager

There was nothing he can do for me now I'm leaving

So much for the Hilton Garden promise, they will make it right guaranteed

There was no offer of additional points or reduction in the cost of my stay

Just a simple smack in the face for being a loyal Hilton Client for a number of years

Terrible Leadership. Completely apathetic staff.

The rooms are large. Mini fridge doesn't have a freezer. The caulk in the shower needs redone. I like that they have a restaurant for breakfast.

Upon checking in, the staff member was highly uneducated giving us 0 information regarding our room and providing the wrong information in terms of breakfast times and amenities. They only gave us one key card for our room between the 3 of us so we went downstairs and asked another to be issued and they gave us one but it didn’t work so we had to go back downstairs to have it fixed. Finally the breakfast, I have stayed at several other hiltons including Home2 and Tru and both provide complimentary breakfast to their guests so not sure why this hilton chooses not to. Additionally the rooms are not in the best conditions we had several blinking lights, a horrible shower head, and the furniture is very lacking almost like a Tru.

I used a booking website to get a room the day of my stay. The booking site overbooked the hotel unfortunately so I didn't have a room. Gladys was the best and went above and beyond to help me find a hotel down the street from the Hilton Garden Inn and correct the situation. She was very courteous, patient, and I am really thankful she helped me.
