Really a great spot when in town for travel. Love the charging stations. Only issue is, people lack charging etiquette. If you aren’t charging your car, please don’t use the spots. It would be nice if people moved their cars so others can know charging is available!!
Not a hotel issue, just a people being selfish issue.

I stay at this hotel 2-3 nights a week at least 3 times a month for work. The staff for most part is very friendly, the rooms are kept pretty clean, beds are comfortable, is easily accessible to the highways. HOWEVER, as someone who likes to workout and relies on the hotel gym to get their workouts in; they DO NOT tend to this room as routinely as they should. The sanitation wipes to wipe down the equipment have been dried out or the bucket that holds them has been sitting on top of the trash bin empty for WEEKS! Pretty regularly the water cooler is empty and not filled with a new jug for a couple days. Someone also poured their coffee in the water basin on the water cooler during my last stay there and it was still in there at my most recent stay this week.

Positive: The location is centrally located. Access to major arteries is perfect. The staff is absolutely wonderful. The free breakfast is perfect. Coffee's always available. Great, clean rooms! Great food close by. Negative: Lobby was freezing.

So grateful for Robin at the front desk for her warmth and kindness while my fiancé and I were traveling for family illness & funeral over the past couple of weeks. Not only did she remember my name upon checking in for our second stay (a week after our first!) but she was so helpful in helping us extend our stay and making sure we were comfortable. We were driving back and forth from Philadelphia, and I have to say that genuine care was so comforting amid such a difficult time. Thank you, Ms. Robin!!

This place seemed nice, but we had significant sleep interruptions here. For one thing, the smoke detector and sprinkler have flashing lights that are blinking in your eyes all night long...really annoying. Then on our last night, there was a wedding party above us. They came in about 1:30 AM and were making unbelievable amounts of noise ALL NIGHT LONG. Constantly walking back and forth, dropping things, etc, etc. My husband was not able to get any sleep all night, so he missed several sessions of the conference we had paid to attend. Front desk did virtually nothing to address the issue, and never offered us any compensation at all. Also, the breakfast room wasn't in very good order...no operational toasters.

Nice clean rooms, renovated recently. Better pillows than the holiday inn express I stayed in last night! Front desk personnel were efficient and Robin was a nice surprise this morning.

Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and always will to help in anyway possible. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Modern decor. Excellent natural light. The bkfst food items are tasteful and very well prepared. Keep up the great work!
