Per essere un hotel 2 stelle è un ottimo compromesso per via dei servizi offerti, pulizia, comodità delle camere e colazione. Le camere sono molto grandi, pulite e spaziose, molto apprezzato il fatto di avere piccoli extra come ferro e asse da stiro in camera. È presente la lavanderia a gettoni, piscina e palestra. Buona anche la colazione, non troppo abbondante ma un buon bilanciamento tra dolce e salato. Un po' caro il costo del prelievo al bancomat interno (3 dollari).

Very good hotel despite only 2**. It offers a good set of services (laundry, iron, swimming pool and gym). Good breakfast, however not too large. Clean and wide room. A little expensive is the internal ATM.

Ho soggiornato tre notti per lavoro, Hotel dotato di tutto il necessario, personale gentile e disponibile. Dotato di un grande parcheggio. Camera spaziosa e confortevole. Peccato la colazione che può essere migliorata.

Incredibly rude customer service should be an aberration; however, at this hotel, it seems to be the pattern. The person who helped my wife & I check in was incredibly rude without any provocation. Unfortunately, when I asked the person checking us out the next morning for a copy of the bill, I was greeted with hostility & a flat refusal before she walked away. I am nervous about being charged correctly for my stay & will certainly never make the mistake at staying this location again. Also, not be overlooked, the sheets on our bed were clearly soiled & dirty. Otherwise, the room was nice & the hotel is in a convenient location for us to visit family. That being said, no amount of conveyance is worth being treated without the basic courtesy & dignity that any human being should expect.

My experience here at this location was amazing! From the moment I checked in to until after I checked out!

From the start Aura(I may be spelling her name wrong I apologize) was amazing making sure my room I booked was close to the room I booked for my daughter and friends! The room service was great making sure we had enough towels and wash clothes!

Now my check out was a little stressful but Karina C. Made sure that I left satisfied and I couldn’t ask for more!!!

I wanna give this staff a A+++ rating
I will be staying here whenever I visit the area in the future

This is our second time staying here. Rooms are spacious. Love the entry area with large mirror to get ready separate from bathroom. Beds are so comfy. Unfortunately we got missed from maid service. We got to breakfast 20 minutes prior to it ending and hot food was already depleted. I asked if eggs could be made and she graciously made more as others were still coming in to eat. Would have loved more food options since time had not ended.

I left my iPhone charger there after my last trip. The desk clerk, Karina, was very rude. She insisted they didn't have it. I told her I knew for a fact I left it there so if they didn't have it, someone there had it in their position. She didn't care at all. I said I would call the police and she said, "go ahead. You can file a complaint, too." So I did file a complaint. And magically after I did, they found it and tried to pretend like it was a miscommunication. I will NEVER stay there again nor at any Holiday Inn. Wasting my time like that is unacceptable. Absolutely NO accountability with the staff.

Armila, you've missed the mark.

I am upset that your front staff didn't care about my property at all until I called your corporate office and made a complaint. There was no miscommunication about the room number. Karina is just saying that to cover her poor behavior. I clearly gave her the correct number and SHE HAS IT AVAILABLE IN THE COMPUTER.

That is the problem I have. She was rude and lied. After wasting my time and insulting me like that, I DO think you should cover the cost of shipping and you could if you wanted to. My time is valuable and you wasted it. I'll be sending someone by to pick up my items. I won't be staying there again.

Stay away from this hotel!! I have been a rewards member at the Holiday Inn for several years NEVER AGAIN!! I had family in town who came to visit my little boy for his birthday. Not more than 10 cousins. AURIA the receptionist placed words in my mouth stating herself I was having a party and it wasnt allowed. That was inaccurate, it was never said as i told her it was my family. She told me and my guests we have to evacuate the pool immediately! Not doing anything wrong, no food, no drink, nothing just family enjoying one another. But hey, no problem, I agreed. I am not one to argue. I informed her I would be taking them up for food before they leave. She tried to stop me from going to my room in front of my family calling me to come over from the elevator. When this failed, she came knocking on my room door and wrongfully accused me of not being a REGISTERED GUESTS HERE. She suggested I breached security, I breached security by allowing guests into the pool area and said i was not registered to the room and even had the audacity to ask me for my ID as if she was law enforcement! She proceeded to embarrass me in front of my family and stated to me that no one was registered to that room!! I told her I provided my ID and credit card upon check in and I would not be providing it again. She proceeded to have a nasty attitude with me, told me she would be telling her manager and walked off. After my family left I went downstairs and asked her why she would erroneously accuse me of not being a registered guest. She stated there was a glitch in the system but somehow after I told her my name she was able to find me. She apologized for the " miscommunication " but never apologized for her actions or for ruining my sons birthday or for her false alligations basically calling me a thief as if i stole the room. She continued to make ridiculous facial expressions and roll her eyes at me. I have nver been treated so poorly by a hotel staff member. And to think about all the money I have spent at Holiday Inns to be treated like such TRASH. She said I can contact her GM on Monday, (there is no decision making manager to contact on weekends) which it appears you read this too- so just know I will be contacting corporate and there was no party!!
