I am extremely frustrated with my recent experience at this hotel. After a long flight, I checked in only to find hair on my bed and pillows—not just once, but on two separate occasions. While some may overlook such a detail, it is entirely unacceptable for me.

When I called to request new sheets, the staff initially agreed to help me. However, after a 30-minute wait, no one arrived. Upon following up, I was informed that no staff were available to assist, and I would have to change the sheets myself. This lack of communication and support is simply unacceptable.

To make matters worse, I also encountered unclean conditions in the bathroom, including feces and hair in the toilet. This level of cleanliness is far below any reasonable standard.

I am still awaiting my payment since I had to take it upon myself to change my own bed due to the staff's failure to provide assistance. Overall, my experience has been deeply disappointing and I expect better from an establishment of this caliber.

Was able to check in early which is always a plus when traveling. Room overlooked a couple ponds. Everything was clean from the parking lot to the lobby to the room. ||Bed quite comfortable for a good night's sleep. The restaurant and bar (Burger Theory) was just the right size for a hotel of this size. Food was tasty as was my drink.||Went back in the morning for breakfast before my flight and had sane quality meal. No buffet like many Holiday Inns but no issues.||Shuttle driver professional and helped with my bag when I departed.||I'd definitely stay there again.

Chose this hotel as it was close to IND and we were extremely satisfied. The staff was great, the rooms clean and fresh, and the free 24 hr airport shuttle is a nice amenity. The daily rate for leaving your car parked here was reasonable, and our shuttle driver was one of the nicest persons you could ever meet. We would definitely stay here again.

We had our board meeting here and the food/banquey services was amazing. Ramon was the absolute best! He was Very attentive to our needs and he went above and beyond the call of duty to serve us! The food was also great. We would use this hotel again.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. The staff was incredibly rude throughout my stay. My room was not ready by check in time, and after waiting 30+ minutes in the lobby I still couldn't check in. No apology, no alternative, no nothing. I had to leave for my event without checking in and when I came back later in the night it was still a whole process to get checked in. The staff was very unorganized and I didn't feel respected as a guest. The good part was the hotel was clean and the rooms were nice.

To top it off, they charged me an extra $200 because allegedly they didn't see that I paid through expedia and charged my card. Seemed a little shady. Luckily I caught it and when I called they were able to resolve it but still no sincere apology or anything to acknowledge they messed up.

We were in town for a concert and chose this hotel because it was less expensive than some others, so it wasn't super close to the places we visited in Indy, but we were very happy, nonetheless. We stayed for two nights. The staff was friendly.
The hotel is so clean, the lobby is updated and nice, the room was big, the bathroom was spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. We had no issues with outside noise, we didn't even hear any planes from the nearby airport. We were hoping to try out the bar/restaurant, and sit out on the patio by the fire pit, but our schedule didn't allow for it. I would highly recommend this hotel!
