It’s honestly rare that I give a hotel a good rating. I want to start by saying they clean the rooms every night! The pool and jacuzzi were open until 11:00 which meant that we could enjoy it after a long day of excursions. We had a king room which was very spacious and clean. We had a large walk in shower which made it easier for a disabled person in our party. The staff was very friendly. It’s also close to the attractions. I also appreciated that cleaning staff did not bang on the door early in the morning. They waited to enter after we left the room.

While the hotel itself was clean, modern, and located in a great area, the management of payments was an absolute disaster.

I reserved the hotel directly through the IHG website and was told at check-in that I could change the payment method. I provided a new card and was assured both at check-in and again at check-out that the charges would be applied to this new card.

Despite these assurances, the charges were applied to the original card on file. To make matters worse, the hotel also held an additional $394.17 due to what the front desk later admitted was an administrative error. On top of this, my wife booked a second room for guests who were traveling with us. For that room, the hotel did a hold for $609.11 and then approved a final charge of $559.11—leaving what is now, two pending charges instead of one.

It has now been 5 days and 2 lengthy phone calls, and the issues remain unresolved. To top it off, the only response I’ve received from the hotel has been a generic "we’re sorry." No attempt was made to right the situation or even a small token of goodwill to acknowledge the hassle and frustration caused by their incompetence.

This level of customer service is completely unacceptable and left a sour taste in what should have been a great experience.

We moved to this hotel after a horrible experience at a nearby hotel. Let me start by saying the staff is AMAZING!!! Beverly, Keisha and Addie are the ones we dealt with the most. They were extremely helpful and so easy to talk to. One of the housekeepers (Colleen I think was her name) had me laughing so hard my head hurt. The room was big. The room was clean. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel overall was clean.
The only negative I can say is the pillows were not very fluffy but I bring my own so it really didn’t matter to me. And the shower curtain was thin so my son ended up flooding the bathroom floor. Again not a huge issue. We just had to make sure the shower head was turned a little.
We will most definitely stay here again. I highly recommend to anyone traveling to Williamsburg.

We stopped at this hotel on our way to Florida and on the way back. It was impeccably clean and had spacious, comfortable rooms. Equally important was the service from the front desk Genesis (or Genevieve) who checked us in and Addie who checked us out were both so pleasant and helpful. Also, my wife enjoyed breakfast. Perfect place to spend time when passing through or visiting Williamburg.

Just writing to compliment Andreus, who is a model employee. From the moment you arrive, he makes you feel welcome and demonstrates a great customer service attitude. My family had a great stay thanks to Andreus’ problem-solving ability. Overall, the hotel is clean, modern and well-maintained.

We just spent 4 nights at this hotel and the place is super clean ( coming from a cleanliness freak like me), spacious and the service was exceptional.|We had breakfast included and it was great. Karlene, Ramona and the gentleman in charge of the cooking delivered great service.|Checking in and out was a breeze and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful.|Our family would go back and stay at this location ?.

Andre is exceptional! He treated us like we were family. Not too many hotels in the world make a guest feel so welcome as this hotel. Andre went out of his way and is a true professional! He is a true asset to this property and to be commended for his work.

Great location with easy access to many restaurants and sites. The staff was amazing and super friendly, especially the breakfast and dinner crews (food was really good)! I really appreciate the cleanliness of the hotel, and the frequency/quality of housekeeping services. Would definitely recommend staying here!
