Great hotel. Kids loved the yogurt bar at breakfast and the pool. Prices were significantly cheaper than other Lancaster County Hotels with in room kitchens. We also loved the 24 hour coffee and hot chocolate bar.

Very nice modern hotel here. Rooms are spacious and well laid out with the convenience of a small kitchen area. Staff is very friendly and courteous. One complaint - Owner would not allow our group or others to watch the VP debate in the lobby. Citing that they have had issues in the past with having political shows on. Little disappointing that they practice censorship. The debate hosts both parties.

I can't say enough good things about our stay...It was fantastic! The room was spotless, No dust or dirt anywhere, the refrigerator and freezer was good and cold, microwave, iron and hair dryer all worked, there is nothing bad to say. The dishes and silverware were clean and in good working condition. Trish, at the front desk made sure we had everything we needed and smiled and chatted every time we saw her. We will definitely be back!

I travel for work and stayed at this location for a month while opening the new Texas Roadhouse restaurant. The service from the staff was unbelievable and so wonderful. Very comfortable home away from home. 100% will be staying here anytime I visit Ephrata. Trish and her staff are the best in the business!

This locations has a nice lobby and friendly staff members. I was very disappointed with the microwave not working my room on the first day. My stay was for 6 days. The lack of accommodation to all paying guest will have me not returning to this location. They have an outside fireplace that can only be enjoyed by people that do not smoke or consume alcohol. The second is understandable for safety and liability. Not allowing some one to be in the general area of the fire pit due to a cigar or cigarette is not inclusive. It limits a comfortable environment only to those that spend less and complain more. This includes the area that is absent singage almost 20 yards away from the firepit area. This Home2Home will permit you to stand in the parking lot where vehicles enter for arrivals and delivery to the front door. No seating accommodation only the opportunity to be hit by a car entering the covered entrance. I recommend they remove the fire pit area and add a seating area that can be enjoyed by all, including smokers.

Update: The staff of this location reviewed, considered and found a resolution for accommodating all guest. This attention to feedback is a huge plus for me. It helps when each side gives consideration for perspective and position. Excellent location to stay. Previous review saved for context. Thank you Ephrata Home2 for resolution. Oh, and they solved my microwave issue as well.

Home2 Suites is always my preferred place to stay. Large kitchen with full fridge and sink. Nice couch area and plenty of counter space.

Our family decided to take a last minute trip to visit family and decided on this hotel since they were pet friendly. We got here in the early morning hours and the gentleman checking us in was AMAZING!. The rest of the staff was great as well! Breakfast was great, amenities and location was great as well. Super clean and friendly. Pet areas were great. They provide pretty much everything you need for your stay. This will definitely be our go to when we travel this way. Thank you!! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

We walked in to a very inviting atmosphere. Walked up to the desk and was greeted by two of Hiltons finest. Shayna and Daidara not sure if I spelled her name correctly. These 2 hosts made us feel very much at home. They gave us a room upgrade and later asked us how everything was. The room was amazing and actually everything about this Hilton property is great. We will definitely stay here again.
