What a horrible stay. The hotel looks like it comes from a horror movie. It stinks, our room did not smell fresh either. The room is way too small, it's dirty, the pictures are intentionally shot from an angle to make it look bigger. Booked a stay for 7 nights, checked out the following day, because my girlfriend got sick, and I had a terrible breakout on my back, full of acne and whatnot. When leaving the hotel, they did not really seem to care, all they had to say was 'no refund'. Contacted booking.com to solve this case. Booking.com contacted the hotel and they were told that they were unwilling to compensate me. They probably rented out the room next day, so they most definitely made some good money that week.

I had a similar experience in Thailand, were the hotel was definitely not up to standard and in a poor hygienic state. The biggest difference was however, that they were extremely friendly and accommodating, and refunded me for the remainder of the days I did not stay there.

Horrible experience, cost me more over 1400€ for this joke.

I liked this hotel, the location in koreatown is great - it’s easy to get around the city from there. My room was very small but clean and the staff was very nice. The only thing is the a/c made the room a bit damp, my clothes that I hung up were damp after a while. Maybe not entirely worth it for the price

the location is great — it’s in a quiet part of shinjuku and the staff was kind and welcoming!

unfortunately, the rooms are VERY small, not big enough for two people and their luggage… also, sharing the bed/1 pillow each with another person is not comfortable… however if you’re a solo traveler this place is great!

離新大久保站走路5分鐘的住宿點，附近好買好玩，唐吉軻德跟攀岩館都5分鐘內可抵達。連住兩天，中間可以貼clean up please的磁鐵請店家打掃，不過我們僅請櫃檯協助更換毛巾。櫃檯人員的英文都很好，公共空間有共用廁所、洗衣機跟廚房，跟咖啡廳之間有露天座位可以聊天～房間之間的隔音不錯，但跟走廊之間的不佳。早餐很豐盛可以選不同飲料跟麵包，包在住宿裡面CP值高，有另外送50%off咖啡折價券。
老闆很熱情友善，英文跟中文都十分流利，聊天很愉快，除了幫忙拍照之外，還教我們搭車的最佳路徑～
行李不多的話，來新宿會想要再次入住～

Amazing little hotel with very friendly and hard working multilingual staff. Rooms are modern and nice but small, about as small to what is standard for Japan. Cafe on sight with 1000 yen breakfast for guests. Amazing location in the centre of Shinjuku but in a quiet part so not right in the crowded touristy area. Everything you need is walking distance.

주변에 교통편이 좋아서 접근성이 좋습니다
이 호텔은 혼자서 이용하기에 적합한 숙소 같습니다 둘이 이용하기엔 너무 좁아요 혼자 이용했음에도 많이 좁았어요 바닥에 캐리어 펼쳐놓으면 돌아다닐수 있는 동선이 전혀 없습니다 특히 샤워부스가 너무 좁아서 씻을때 너무 불편해요 그리고 방에 들어서자마자 꿉꿉합니다 세면대가 룸쪽에 있다보니 사용하면 바닥 카펫에 물기가 떨어져서 습한거 같아요 계속 에어컨이라도 틀어놔야합니다 예약할때 윗층으로 부탁했는데 2층을 배정받았고 첫날은 밤에 도착해서 몰랐는데 다음날아침에 커튼을 열였다가 깜짝 놀랐어요 묘지뷰… 그후로 커튼 안열었습니다.. 화장실에서 환기팬 소리가 너무 크게 들려서 잘때 너무 거슬려 귀마개 필수 입니다.. 화장실과 욕실이 별도의 실이 아닌 부스형태로 있어서 방음 전혀 안됩니다. 암튼 이래저래 불편한점은 많았지만 이 숙소 가장 장점은 직원들이 친절합니다.. 서툰 한국어 실력이지만 최대한 노력해서 한국말로 응대해주려던 모습이 너무 고마웠고 귀여웠습니다..! 암튼 이 숙소는 혼자 여행하실때 가기 좋을거같아요

Loved this hotel and what it stands for. The staff was friendly. I left my Pod hotel to come here and I was finally able to get some quality sleep. Rooms were sparkling clean and bed was comfy! I slept a WHOLE 12 hours without being woken up from noise. I love how it’s tucked behind all the action. & 5 mins from train and lots of great Korean spots to eat at nearby. Satisfied with my stay!

I loved the staff and the café here. The women at reception are friendly, accommodating and speak English very well.
The room is great. My only complaint being lack of floor space to store your suitcase.
