At check in I was greeted by Victoria with a smile that brightened my day. I was then called by Briana to have my blood drawn. Briana's kindness & expertise put me at ease as she drew my blood. And her bubbly personality brought a joy to my heart that I didn't even know I needed. I'm very grateful for these two women & I applaud the hiring staff for finding such gems as Briana & Victoria.

They did not really check up on my symptoms. They only went off the previous doctor’s comments and i have not gotten any better. It was such a waste of time.

Plus they have discriminated my blind uncle in the emergency room several times. I will be filing a lawsuit on behalf of my uncle. He has renal kidney failure but my uncle refused to go back. We immediately dis-enrolled from Kaiser and went to providence saint Joseph which he received way better care.

Kaiser’s system is just not great overall.

Kindness always matter, however; when you’re ill, it helps very much! Kaiser Panorama City staff is top notch 100%. Everyone was kind, considerate and attentive! Doctors and nurses were determined to get me well.

The Kaiser staff at Kaiser Panorama City from Doctors to Nurses, even to cleaning staff did an OUTSTANDING job, during my most recent 3 day stay, (including Urgent Care and ER) and previous stays. They all demonstrated genuine concern for my well-being the entire time. I am completely satisfied, and big applause for all ?

Dr. Maida and her nurse were very thorough with my wellness exam and in reviewing my medical history. They answered all of my many questions and understood my concerns. The Technicians who handled the Bone Density screening and the Mammogram were both very kind and made each process comfortable. The Pharmacist explained the new medication thoroughly. I am very pleased to have my health care with Kaiser Permanente.

I want to thank everyone I interacted with.
From my ER Doctor and Nurse to the transfer to a permanent room. My Surgeon made everything feel smooth and comfortable he took me from being scared to feeling confident that he can provide what I needed and ensure I was taken care of.
My night shift nurse was outstanding she had high energy and a smile every time , even when I thought I was bugging her she ensure to clarify she was always happy to help.
Upon the morning shift transition the day nurse also was as energetic, involved and made everything feel great.
Please thank all staff that interacted with me I sincerely appreciate what you guys do.

Jeff Patel Nurse was absolutely amazing and so great to us. He truly cares for his patients and the family members. Extremely attentive and patient with all our questions. He went above and beyond the expected care and treated us like we were one of his loved ones. We cannot thank him enough.

I went to Urgent Care on Saturday morning for a minor problem and was fortunate to get in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. Granted, it wasn’t very busy when I arrived, but I attribute the express visit to the staff’s efficiency and genuine care.
I interacted with 3 of the 4 registration desk personnel and all of them were super nice. The attending nurse, Tui/Twee(sp?) was amazing, professional and kind. The physician, Dr. Hosseini, was excellent. She listened with concern to my problem, examined me quickly and, after studying my x-rays later, explained the situation to me promptly and in a way that I understood.
I never felt rushed, and yet I never felt forgotten or neglected. My visit was an A+!
