Can't find a spot that doesn't smell of smoke or urine. I almost missed my bus because I had to stand far away from the stinch that by the time I got to the spot to get on, the bus was about to take off. Then the bus driver got upset because I wasn't ready. When I told him about the smell, he just ignored me and started to drive off, which made me loose my balance. At age 75, I don't need his help for that.

I take the 97 often with changes at Kashmere. Driving the 97 at night sometimes is Ms Hart, who is AWESOME. She's never in a bad mood, always friendly, nice, and even funny! Give her a gold star!

Usually clean and very busy. The bus drivers are usually friendly. A lot of bus routes begin to shut down around 9 and 10. Not a place to be at late night.

Good place for transferring to other places. Unfortunately there's no restroom or nearby, otherwise just be careful of the area.

Here during Hurricane to evacuate all HPD on deck and First responders took the human initiative to care and respond. It was chaos but human compassion.

Keep your possessions out of sight for they may be stolen! Otherwise no better or wise than any other Transit center
