Wonderful tour with Benedetta. Very knowledgeable about the food within the region. And provided facts about Bologna and sites to see while on the tour. I loved this tour because you could choose to eat or not. It’s a lot of food in a short period of time and it was nice to skip or have the option to share with others.

We had a fantastic time with Benedetta and our little tour group. Benedetta introduced us to local foods, hidden spots, and even some history lessons. Plus gave us tips for the rest of our stay (food and otherwise). We had been in Bologna for about 48 hours but had not found many of the areas she took us to. Highly recommend this tour.

We had an awesome time with Benedetta. Our group was small and intimate. We were all avid foodies.

Our tour consisted of delicious bites, visiting shops and businesses producing the best traditional bolognese food. She helped us discern truly authentic products and where to purchase them. In addition, we learned what is produced in and around Emilia Romagna.

It was time well spent. We walked away enlightened and happy. She left us with a true appreciation and love for Bolognese food.

Quick food tour that you just have to make a part of your trip to Bologna. Two hours but you cover a large part of the food scene. We visited a market and a few standalone stands for some of the most amazing bites. Benedetta was the perfect guide. She made sure our questions were answered and bellies full. Her recommendations were top notch. I highly recommend taking this tour because you can pick and choose what to eat and then go back for more once the tour ends.

Benedetta was a wonderfully bright personality and I thoroughly enjoyed her tour. I was honestly a little doubtful of these food tours, but the food was genuinely delicious, she explained a lot of provenance, the folks she introduced us to were absolutely lovely, and she was genuinely great about not putting pressure on you to order any more than you wanted - even if it meant nothing at all! Would happily recommend her to friends and family!

We had a perfect tour and explored the market and some very cool and typical food stores in the city center. We were also taught some cool facts about Bologna and we also received a recipe afterwards, awesome!

What a fun tour! We ate, we learned a lot about meats and pasta and balsamic vinegar and gelato. We went to lots of different places around Bologna to sample delicious food. Benedetta was fun and professional and a wonderful guide through Bologna’s beautiful food!
