Ludovico was able to create a custom tour that not only saw the Amalfi Coast, some churches and lunch at pizzeria in Naples. He did a great job mapping out the logistics for the tour. Our driver Salvatore did a great job telling us about the history, culture and cameraman. He made our first time to Naples very memorable. I would highly recommend anyone who is first time to Naples to book this company, you won’t regret it.

We used Naples Tour Service last August during our visit to Naples, Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast. Ludovico (Ivo) Franco is nothing short of AMAZING! He was personable and professional. He helped us find local restaurants to get authentic food which is our favorite and personalized our trip for us! We booked the following through them: Naples transfer to Sorrento and Pompeii private tour, day trip through Amalfi coast to see Amalfi, Positano and Ravello. We have used Naples Tour Service twice when we visited the Amalfi Coast!! Ludovico Franco was fantastic! The most kind and knowledgeable guide we could ask for. No matter our need he arranged. Always on time for pick up always communicating with us about arrangements we made. Unscheduled stops for photos was always available. He went above and beyond to make sure our days were stress free. Arranged reservations at restaurants we would have never found on our own. Any request was arranged from grocery store stops to last minute transportation we needed that was not in the plan. He figured it out for us. I can not imagine the Amalfi coast without Ivo❤️

Ludovico is great to deal with - due to the Microsoft outage I had to make changes to my stay in Italy and he was so easy to work with and was able to make changes. Easy and clear communication throughout!
Antonio was our driver and he's probably the best ride you can get in the area, he is a professional and safe driver and has a good sense of humor. Miriam was our guide and she is lovely - she is knowledgeable about the sites and she has great tact. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to have a memorable private tour that is stress free and enjoyable!

My family took the Vesuvius/Herculaneum tour at a cost of 350 Euro. We paid an additional 110 Euro for a private guide at Herculaneum. The private guide was great and clearly not part of Naples Tour Service, she was an independent hire. The bus driver actually charged her 5 euro to ride from the entrance to the end of the street, after we had waited 20 minutes for him to show up after the agreed upon end time. Seriously?

The "tour" was actually a taxi ride. Not a word from the driver in the car or even a pre-recorded tour type info tape about the Naples area or volcano. The email detail also said there would be time to have lunch between the two stops but the bus driver didn't stop or suggest any place, just took us straight to the entry of Herculaneum. Actually, the bus driver didn't even greet us or say anything to us the entire time. Very unfriendly for the long drive to the volcano and back. Also there was no "water on board" as stated in the email confirmation which would have been nice after walking up the volcano.

Ciao Ludovico! What a great way to start our visit to Italy with such a warm welcome from you at the airport. You are easygoing and so friendly. We appreciated your help with planning the entire day, starting with the tour of Pompeii and following lunch at a winery, the visit to Mount Vesuvius, and the transfer to Positano. The young woman you arranged to guide us for Pompeii was also a delight. Clelia was sweet, extremely intelligent and interesting, imparting loads of knowledge about Pompeii, we really enjoyed our time with her.
The lunch and winery was a perfect stop, food and wine was delicious.
You helping us make the Vesuvio park time frame was amazing. The climb to the peak was truly one of the most memorable moments of our trip, absolutely breathtaking. And to finish the day with you stopping for us so we could see Positano from the gorgeous overlook on the way, was the perfect end to a wonderful day. I can’t thank you enough. We also had the pleasure of having Francesco transfer us to Rome, he is another wonderfully friendly, intelligent, and great person to have met, we appreciated him greatly. I have already referred your name and number to a few families who will be planning trips this spring.
