This is a shopping mall for Navy or military related families.... Civilians can come here use its food court and take a look on its sales goods.... Yes, you can't checkout without a military status. It has everything like electronic appliances, food, daily items, even watches and jewelries... Nice place to give the people who protect our nation a good discount and respect.... A+++...

terrible prices, barely match and often are higher than out in town. rewards program is spend 250 get 5. the gas station does better. do better.

This is the largest navy exchange in the world. This shopping mall is for military I.D. holders like myself, family members, and service members. Nice shopping and the remodel is nice. It use to be one story when I worked in Toys and Lawn and Garden years ago. Furniture, name brand clothing, game consoles, computers, name brand perfumes, Victoria’s Secret, Bath& Body Works, Coach, and more is sold here.

The gift shop has a horrible (Liane)asian woman working w/a nasty attitude. I witnessed her being rude to a shopper and she better be glad she didn’t have me as customer. I’d make her quit. She won’t cause me to rate this place w/one star due to her unprofessionalism.

Wonderful shopping experience. And always something good in the food court.

Bad service ordering a washing machine through the NEX's partnership with Home Depot.  I was assured by multiple associates in the NEX that HD could deliver on-base.  Bought the washer and scheduled delivery, only to receive a voicemail on delivery day from the HD warehouse saying they won't deliver on-base on Mondays.  I called customer service, who called the warehouse to determine they only deliver on-base on Tuesdays because of how long it takes to get through the vehicle search they plan a specific route for those days.  The next three Tuesdays don't work for my schedule so I offered to meet them somewhere, or pick it up at the warehouse.  They wouldn't agree to that either, so I had to cancel my order and go elsewhere because I need a washer now.  The NEX needs to tell customers they can only get on-base deliveries on Tuesdays. That could have avoided a huge inconvenience for me.  I recommend East Coast Appliance, they have items in stock and you can pick them up yourself same day.  Prices are about the same but you have to pay tax, so it costs a little more but you can actually get your stuff time-now instead of go to the NEX or HD where appliances aren't kept in stock.

In the Navy Exchange, you can buy various items from video game consoles to furnitures. You will need an ID in order to shop there. The price is pretty reasonable, considering that you do not have to pay taxes. I would recommend shopping here, if you can. Overall, I had a good experience, and didn't have any negative experience.

I like the exchange, fair pricing, but everytime I go to the electronics sections there is always this older african american gentleman that works there and he’s always watching my every move like im going to steal something, I was looking at the gaming laptops and he told me to not touch them or mess with them to just read whats on the screen? and he kept coming back to check on me, passing back and forth behind me. Very uncomfortable experience in the Nex Electronics section.

Large two-story exchange with a tremendous  inventory comparable with most large department stores.  Staff is always helpful & you can tell they enjoy their jobs.  Pretty pricey though, not many items on sale.
