Di massima, un ottimo hotel. Non capisco perché non rimpiazzino il bagnoschiuma nella doccia: eppure le pulizie erano eseguite. Mistero.
Un'altra osservazione: perché cambiare gli asciugamani tutti i giorni? Io li lasciavo appositamente appesi, per riutilizzarli e non sprecare acqua.

Ottimo albergo nel cuore di Norfolk. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Bella vista dalla camer. Personale gentile e affabile. Se potete fatevi dare una stanza dei piani più alti...non ve ne pentirete: vista fantastica. Colazione discreta....insomma, un ottima scelta.

Albergo nel quale ho partecipato ad un convegno. Le stanze sono ottime (anche se i vetri, lato esterno, non sono pulitissimi...; ma in effetti non e' proprio facile pulirli!).||Ottima la palestra interna, sempre accessibile (con il jet-leg, ci andavo alle 5 del mattino).||Un po' problematiche le sale delle conferenze: temperatura polare (in estate) e fastidiosi rumori provenienti dalle sale vicine.

Nestled right in the vibes of downtown Norfolk and easily accessible to all of the Waterside destinations. Beautiful views of the waterfront.
Rooms are comfortable and reasonably quiet though we could clearly hear every time neighbors opened their door. Also, showers were refreshing but lacked a grab bar for our aging population to get in and out with.
Staff are zealous in providing service. Breakfast buffet on second floor is a well kept secret. Custom made crab omelette was delicious.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience over the week between Christmas and New Year’s.

I was pretty disappointed with this stay. I wanted to splurge and spend a little more on a hotel and this did not meet my expectations at all. We had toilet issues that didn’t get fixed until the third day. There was no microwave and very limited storage in the room. No safe. No actual door on the bathroom. The fridge barely worked and our food kept getting to room temperature. The iron did not work and leaked water all over our nice clothes we were wearing for the day. The bedding was stiff and itchy. We had to ask for our room to be cleaned on the third day. Every other day we had to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper because no one ever came and brought them. The ice machines weren’t working and I had to try all different floors to find some. The staff were friendly and it seemed clean but it did not feel worth the price. Will not be staying again.

5 STARS! to Caroline, the front desk staff member!!! She was able to get me into my room early. Beautiful water view! She was so kind and helpful to me! She went above and beyond!!! And I so appreciate her!! The reason I didn't give the hotel 5 stars was because the bathtub was chipped. The hairdryer bag was wet as was the hairdryer itself. Ewwww! I said something to housekeeping but I don't think she spoke English. But the room was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. And the view was spectacular. Would recommend!!!!

Recently stayed at this Marriott, check in with Greg was great. Want to give special kudos to Dermott, valet guy. My wife needed computer out of the car. Dermott walked me to my car to show me where it was parked, waited for me, and was most patient and polite. Come to think of it JC and all the Valet Team members were most kind and professional. Best team I’ve ever encountered in all my years of travel!!
