I was on the way to meet my cousin's family and stopped at this shop on Dec 1 afternoon to buy something for myself and forr them. When I was ready to pay, to my surprise, the shift manager and staff there did not let me buy all the items I wanted, telling me that they suspected me of buying to resale. Ridiculous.

I like to say thank you to "Monet" for great customer service. I thank you for your fast action to my not too good experience in the store. You turned it around for me, I even purchased an over priced tee sheet. I know I was buying the name and not to bad quality but really I brought to thank you for your quick thinking and assistance to me on the floor. Keep up the great work, warm smiles and knowing the store products.

I was only there briefly, looking for lower prices in an outlet store, for dress shirts, but theirs were priced above, about double, what my budget was set at.

Otherwise, it's a nice store, well laid out and enough space between displays for this disabled person to use his walker to get around.

The clothing is high quality with quite a bit to choose from and a few deals, very few. The prices here are expected to be somewhat high but a few choices (especially coats) seemed to be exceptionally high priced even after the storewide discounts. Example, $499.99 for a light/medium type coat that I would expect to be half that price or less. They had shirts, zip-up hooded and pullover hooded light jackets, medium winter jackets, a clearance rack (not a wide selection on this one), socks and robes (now these are very nice and priced to sell). In my opinion an additional 50% discount would bring the prices into a more acceptable range

Prices are beyond outrageous!!!! Even for Polo!!!! They think there LV at this point! The workers were all really nice and helpful even tho at times they can make shoppers uncomfortable the way they follow you from a slight distance. Or maybe they just followed me heavy because I had a stroller.
