Acquistato pacchetto Pompei ,Vesuvio. Guida Pompei sembrava avesse fretta di andare a pranzo,in più abbiamo visto un terzo di quello che c'era da vedere,il resto un fai da te.Guida sul Vesuvio praticamente non l'abbiamo neanche vista! In compenso il gestore dell'ultimo chiosco ci delucidazione su alcune cose.Simpatico e gentile l'autista della navetta.

Worse boat tour of my life.

I’ve been to many boat tours in many countries: France, Croatia, Egypt, Thailand and so on, but never had such bad and unsafe experience.

I was really looking forward for this tour as well, but was extremely disappointed and feel like it was a waste of my and my partners day.

1. no time understanding from organisations, everything was late and not according to the plan. Boat was cleaned on our arrival (first red flag)

2. 12 people on a small boat (including captain) which was not maintained at all, moving very slow due to number of people, with the most filthiest toilet I’ve ever seen which did not have a flash.

3. No safety introduction, any introduction, captan did not speak any English and no life jackets were shown to us. 2 people (one was sea sick another person hurt her foot) couldn’t get any help as captain didn’t speak English hence couldn’t understand (was not his, but this company’s fault to put us all in this dangerous situation).

4. Plan did not follow through, due to all delays 40 min less on Capri and no Sorrento walk never happened. We had to wait 1 hour on the boat parking to enter Capri (other boats were coming in and out so I believe company didn’t book appropriate time for drop off).

5. No guide to tell us anything during our tour or guide us on the island.

6. No food on a full day trip (crisps in the bag and coke does not count as a meal or even a snack in my opinion). Aperitif was 1 bottle of sparkling something between 11 people ( I didn’t try it as glass was not very clean and it was 50ml in each glass).

I’m honestly shocked with organisers and this entire experience. Do NOT book with them.

Rented scooter for 3 days and it broke down within the first 20 minutes of riding it in the mountains at 2pm. We called agency and told us to be back at 4pm for a different scooter. We had to get our hotel to come pick us up because we were stranded. We had been texting the manager and she said to come back at 4. She didn’t reply for over 3 hours. We then went to go to get the new scooter at 4 and the place was closed. We waited for 30 minutes and decided to get a different scooter with Rent in Costa because we had already wasted 2.5 hours of our time. The manager said they would only refund me for 2 out of the 3 days which I still haven’t received it after over a week so now I have to dispute the charge with my bank. Absolute scam do not recommend especially if you are traveling and don’t know the area.

Went there to rent a scooter. Alessia was very friendly and helpful. We spent a great day riding a scooter through a beautiful coastline. Alessia also helped us a lot with any questions we had! Alessia went above and beyond!!!
