I came to the Sheraton having an awful experience with another local hotel. It was evening and I had no reservations due to my previous hotel cancelation. The front desk was very helpful with options for my family and I. The hotel is a perfect spot right at the beach. It wasn't oceanfront, but there was still a great view and I enjoyed the deck. The staff was great, and my room was comfortable. My request would be to make the bathroom larger, it was very tiny. Also, clean the vent. I loved the location, as it was walking distance to the pancake house for breakfast and there was a play area for kids right on the beach. I would definitely recommend the Sheraton and look forward to my next stay.

Service was great, hotel clean and staff helpful. The only thing about the room that was not good was the bathroom. You could barely move it was so small and no fan. The balcony is really small as well.
The location is great, not only near the beach which is perfect but walking distance to coffee, food and pharmacy. Parking garage Is very close. I would defystay here again.

The location was perfect. If you are an early riser, grab a coffee and watch the sun rise. Our room was an ocean front room and we watched the sun rise every morning. Ok, so the hotel looks to have been renovated at some point. The lobby and restaurant areas are very nice. The staff was nice. 1st room had mold on the bathroom ceiling, requested another room, and got another one immediately. Both rooms had issues with he refrigerators not getting cold, so I bought a small cooler and jet ice in it to keep some food cold. The sheets had some stains from food or blood and had to have the bedding changed. The outside bar wasn't open like it said it was, so had to go inside to get a drink or water. The pool area is small needs some updating. If I was not with kids I would probably stay again as there was nothing doe kids to do there.

Nice hotel right on the beach.

There is no elite/executive lounge here despite what some other reviews have said. Front desk employee suggested it may have gone away during remodel.

The hotel is newly refreshed but there are some indicators (the elevators) giving away the age of this building.

The rooms are nice with plenty of plugs. We had a room with a pull out couch for the kids and no bed linens were staged in the room for that. A call to the front desk resolved that, but no pillows were provided. I was told they were out of pillows. I had to insist that they find pillows for the bed to accommodate the number of guests in our reservation, which they eventually did, but I found it frustrating to have to ask.

It's also worth noting that while parking is not listed on the Marriott page for this hotel, it is available across the street in a separate parking garage for $15 a day.

Can't be at the location! Great service overall. Would be great if they had beach chairs, umbrellas etc. for guests to use. Rooms are fine, though a bit outdated and could use new carpet. Very small bathroom. Could use a facelift but still comfortable. Had a lovely balcony overlooking the ocean and boardwalk.

First off we booked our hotel months in advance and then it got canceled a week before, called and questioned this and there was no explanation we rebooked and they stated it would be 5-15 days before we received a refund. Our first room was great until we showered and something from the ceiling was dripping on us. Called maintenance and they gave us a new room. The new room was no better we were 2 moms traveling with kids and they gave us a room that the deadbolt lock did not work on, which is completely unacceptable the door jam looked like someone had already broken into it. Is room service/cleaning not a thing here? Because our towels were never taken or restocked and the trash was never taken out either also on top of that our hotel room phone didn't work and only one of the elevators worked. I am most definitely not happy with this hotel the only plus side was the beach was nice and close.

I had a great stay with my family. We had the a/c break on a Sunday morning and the maintenance man Tony was awesome! He responded quickly fixed the problem and when he seen me in the hotel he continued to ask how it was running. Excellent service. Monique at the bar is a wonderful friendly person giving us information of places to go when it rained . Front desk very nice and helpful. Clean rooms .
We will definitely be back . Elevator breaks down alot but not that big of an issue for us. I recommend this hotel ! See you next summer ?

The Oceanview was just that. Seeing the Air Force show in the air over the beach was captivating and beautiful. I would recommend this hotel and experience to others. Did I mention how good the food was as well? The Garlic Salmon with Garlic mashed potatoes with broccoli ? was so flavorful.
