Overbooking does happen here. Very busy hotel. Call in advance to check the reservation if checking in late. Rooms are clean. No carpet so rooms echo. Did not get serviced while we were there for 3 nights . Breakfast is very slim. (Waffles, coffee, apples) Pool is open, be careful very slippery... very cold not heated. Gym is good. Get towels from the desk. Stay was good and the staff was friendly. Good location

I have been getting work done on my house and have had to stay multiple weekends.. my stays have all been comfortable, no noise, clean, staff helpful! Price point was great also! Area secluded yet what you need still isn’t far! Totally recommend!

Only major complaint is lack of dresser/drawers for unpacking.
Minor complaint is lack towel racks in bathroom however this location is still under construction/ remodeling.

Rooms are nice and clean , but not aware of the extra $5 charged per night when you get checked in. We were promised that we are getting room serviced the next day. But no nobody came and clean our room and even replacing towels. We have to go to the front desk to get some. Please bring your own breakfast if you are wanting hot plate. Location wise is very convenient . Just need to upgrade the service and the breakfast.

We stayed 3 nights
Pros: Clean, comfortable room. Slept well.

Cons: breakfast was a joke- there was almost nothing there. Just cereal, apples and a waffle maker. They also dilute the waffle batter with water so it’s a thin liquid- to save a buck. Far below the standard of all other Sleep Inns

Elevator was out of order all 3 days we were there- nobody came to fix it

Our room keys stopped working every night- so we had to keep going back to the front desk to re-active them.

The manager was unapologetic for the inconveniences and has no business running a hotel.

If I could give negative reviews I would. The front desk guy didn’t speak that much English and at one point resorted to google translate. The room was not as nice or as neat looking as the photos from online when we booked. The breakfast is just something they use to scam the guest of money. They only served to items and one is waffles that the machine didn’t work. The tv turned on but had no channels and was there for just looks. The WiFi barely works and the Ac was turnt off when we go here and it’s towards the end of August so imagine the heat smack the face walking in.

Hotel staff was very friendly, hotel was clean. Room was in excellent condition, will definitely start coming here for now on. My team had an amazing time A+++++++++±+

This establishment charges an erroneous/junk fee: $5 for "Bottled Water" you won't receive, "In Room Coffee" which is standard, "Parking" which is free in the area, and also for the "Fitness Center., Business Center., and Pool Access" which are amenities they advertise as part of the cost per night, but hey, why not milk your patrons for more. The walls did not dampen the noise from the neighboring rooms nor outside, and not all the lamps/outlets work. Very disappointing.
