We were in the king suite. It’s a nice updated floor and room. Size wise, it’s huge! It has a dining room table, kitchen area with a microwave and mini fridge. It seems that space is a bit wasted considering there’s storage for plates and utensils but no need considering you can’t cool anything.

The bathroom needs a bit of work. They maintained the old shower and bathtub. They redid the walls by the vanity and a new vanity. The soap dispenser fell off and wasn’t put back. They hung it on the soap rack. The soap rack wasn’t screwed in, so it’s hanging a bit.

While I am nitpicking a bit, I would think their best room would be the nicest and attention to detail was there. The housekeeping service did an okay job considering they left some used towels instead of taking them. The bedroom was nice and spacious. No issues there.

The receptionist and lounge staff here are very friendly and accommodating. The lounge is a bit on the small side. They serve food and drinks for breakfast and cocktail hour.

Location is pretty good. It’s close to the highway. Seems like a safe quiet area. I was able to get to all of the major areas within 10-15 minutes.

I would definitely come back as the value is there.

The hotel was nice, and clean. The hotel staff was friendly. I would like to acknowledge one staff member in particular. Rachel was amazing. We decided to do a night cap and have us some drinks before retiring for the night. Let me tell y’all this woman is phenomenal. Her personality was awesome her knowledge of bourbons and whiskeys was incredible. When my partner couldn’t decide on a drink, she said let’s go to the bar and take a look at what we have. Which he was very impressed with!!! Rachel by far stood out that night! We loved her!!!! Rachel thank you for the wonderful experience!!!

Lovely hotel and great service. Stayed just for one night for business. Anthony C. at reception was very welcoming. ||Room was nice and spacious. Bathroom toiletries were sparse. ||Unfortunately one of the lifts were out of order so getting between floors took some time.

Honesty, I don’t see how this considered a 4 star hotel. My initial room had stains on the bedding for both beds so I was eventually moved to another floor. In that room, the shower was visibly dirty and a used toilet roll was leftover. At that point I was over it and tired of moving rooms & having to drag my stuff from floor to floor (because who still has carpet in the hallways 2025 ?)

We recently hosted a business conference at the Westin Richmond, and the experience was outstanding. The event space was modern, well-equipped, and perfect for our needs. The staff was incredibly accommodating, handling every detail and last-minute request with ease. Catering was excellent, and our attendees were thoroughly impressed.

I’ve recently utilized the Westin Richmond location as my go-to home away from home. The bed? Next level!! Aside from the amazing bed, I’ve decided to stay in house for my dining. I love the bar and the restaurant. Great drinks and prices. Especially now that they have Happy Hour specials. The food? Is incredibly good. Why even leave!! Elle at the bar is such a sweet and welcoming soul. She’s service oriented and always takes such great care of me. Thank you Elle. I’ll be back soon.

Tabitha in the club breakfast was absolutely amazing!! She was friendly and accommodating. Ran in to her a few times during our stay and I greatly appreciate how she elevated our experience. I cannot thank her enough for the service she provided to my family. Really top notch service!

There were so many things wrong with our stay. First, when we arrived, there was no one at the front desk for a while. Then we ordered dinner to the room and the order was completely wrong. We couldn’t shower in one of our rooms because the handle was broken which means the maid never cleaned the shower because she would’ve known. The toilet in our other room was broken. Then someone was stuck in one of the elevators and the firemen had to come. We stayed at this hotel multiple times and every time there’s an elevator broken so you would think it would’ve been fixed by now. To top it off, someone walked in my room this morning without knocking when I was changing. Absolute joke of a hotel.
