My boyfriend and I stayed here twice this year for about a week. We had a great time. The rooms are lovely and spacious. They're equipped with everything you might need! The beds are a little uncomfortable, but the sheets are clean and cozy. For people who enjoy it being ice cold, you're able to adjust the temperature to 65 or below, which is nice! I am sorry I forgot his name, but the gentleman who works the evenings is always nice and welcoming! If we ever have the chance to stay again, we definitely will. We're moving to Nashville, and if we need to host family we'll send them here!

Great hotel. Very clean spacious rooms with kitchenette. On site bar and restaurant with burgers, wings and other bar type foods, with beautiful views. Food was delicious and service was excellent. Close enough to downtown to walk, about a mile or so to the center of the action. Valet parking is reasonably priced considering the average price of parking in Nashville. Hotel staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel room with small kitchen. You might as well pay $40 to valet park because if you park in the self paid lot after taxes it’s $38. You can go in and out of valet or the parking lot as many times as you want without extra charge for the night. There are a lot of food options in walking distance unless you want to take about a 10 minute walk, unless you want the Burger King across the street. The free breakfast that they served in the morning was actually pretty great for being a free breakfast.

It's a little off the beaten path, but I'm a guy and not as worried about surrounding neighborhood. I would be more hesitant if i was a woman and walking to get somewhere. The valet parking is fast and great. The staff is quite friendly. The rooms are super clean and modern. Bed was really comfy. It seems that this building was completely renovated from whatever it once was, but they did an amazing job and it feels like a brand new hotel. Definitely go back.

What an excellent hotel. Starting from Matthew (the valet), who was extremely friendly and helpful to the breakfast and the room. Highly recommend!! The room was huge with an amazing view. Very clean and tidy. All the staff were friendly. The Lyft recommendations and coupon was also helpful.

The rooms themselves are pretty good and for the most part staff was attentive. However when staying there overnight with some friends my cup was stolen by who I believe to be house keeping as they came to our room while we were out grilling and cleaned it out before we checked out. I left some of my stuff in the room which consisted of my car keys, purse, jacket and insulated cup. We had late checkout which was suppose to be at 2 but was extended til 4 but they did not communicate that to cleaning staff I guess because when I returned to the room (before 2pm) everything besides my purse was missing. Staff could not explain to me why this happened and my cup was not recovered. Very upset that this happened and I'm concerned that this could be a consistent thing as they do not have cameras anywhere from what I'm aware of.

The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Matthew was awesome and gave some great recommendations. He definitely made us feel welcome! Overall, we had a great stay. The drinks at the bar and breakfast were good as well. Thanks for the hospitality.

Keevin was awesome at the valet. Made me smile. I appreciate the hustle. Very nice hotel. Comfortable. Good breakfast. Great location. Safe parking. Had to check in on the 5th floor - which was weird - but understandable. I’m trying to fill out 200 characters which is dumb Trip Advisor.
