What to say? I want to eat about it, this Terrible place is a very long service. We went three times for the same card so that they opened the door for us and as a result the door was opened with an ordinary key, I said, how are we going to open the door next? he said it's not my problem.Well, yes, we have achieved a different number, but that's not the point. When we went into another room, we were horrified and saw dirt on the floor. The floor was so dirty that when my wife wiped the floor in the toilet, we were shocked, the white towel turned black. Dead insects, dirty bed on which it was unpleasant to sleep, the smell of cigarettes although the room was ordered for non-smokers, 2 towels for 4 people, the furniture is old that you are afraid to touch it as if it is about to fall apart, they provided a number from wi-fi, it does not connect at all terrible service i don't recommend this hotel. We booked a room for two nights but left the next day, the holiday was ruined.

Take a closer look at the photos. The place is not taken care of. It feels unsafe. The security latch on the door was broken off. It felt dingy. The pool was extremely well taken care of. The only other good thing was the restaurant sharing the property. Excellent food most excellent service at the restaurant not the hotel.

Very poor and uncomfortable. They have smoking rooms which was able to get, but, was charged more then was quoted. Room smelled smokey. If they knew how to clean it right,it wouldn't smell that way. Blanket had burn holes in it. Worst of all, couldn't sleep. Had to keep watching for cockroaches getting on the bed. Looked nothing like the pictures. Never again.

We were a bit weary given previous reviews... but our stay wasn't that bad. Only a few minor visual blemishes. It was comfortable night. The room smelled slightly off, but not necessarily bad. The pool looked clean, and there's free breakfast, though the hours it's available is less than what I've become accustomed to in the Wyndham chain . Overall it was pleasant and I recommend it as a budget friendly hotel.

This place was a DUMP. It was dingy and I don't think that it was cleaned after the last person left. There was an iron burn on the floor, dirty carpet, wrappers in the shower, toilet bowl only had one bolt so it swung over to the right. We did not did not even unpack our car. My reservation was NON-REFUNDABLE and before we seen the room, we had to pay up front another $20 pet fee. Luckily we were able to find a much better motel who accepted pets and we stayed there. When I checked into the new hotel, I called to tell the Lancaster Amish Country Travelodge that we left our hotel key on the dresser and would not be returning but asked that we get our money back, they told us that they would report all of our issues to the Manager and we could speak w/her in the morning. I called and got the Manager who was really a very rude person, she told us that we must have broke the toilet seat because it wasn't broken when the last guest left. This further convinced me that the bathroom must not have been cleaned, because if you lifted the seat to clean it, they would have noticed that a bolt was missing. I would not even let my dog walk on the carpet. I carried him in and carried him out. Also, I pulled down the comforter and it did not look as though the sheets were changed. I truly wish that I had read the reviews for this dive before I paid up front. Besides the neighborhood being not so nice, there was a space under the door that a rat could have come in. Respectfully submitted.

The rooms were nice and everything was clean. I took off 2 stars because I stayed for a week which is a good amount of money and the lady at the front desk was very unprofessional and rude every time I spoke to her and I'm not a rude person at all so it was just her being disrespectful for no reason and also disrespectful to the people who called for me to get transferred to the room. Everyone else did a great job and I feel sorry that she is your boss.

Hotel was nice, clean and very comfortable but had to leave one day early and lost that day because I was still charged. Reason why I left a day early, people were playing basketball and baseball in the parking lot with all the cars parked. My car was hit a couple of times with a baseball. Went and complained in the office . The employee went and told them and said that I had complained and pointed to our room. They continued to play after employee went and told them. Do not recommend this place to anyone.

I feel compelled to write this review, because the woman in this hotel staff should not even be working there. I live down the street from the hotel and my boyfriend was visiting me from New York. I then suggested this hotel for him since I am close by and it’s cheaper. From the moment he checked in to his hotel room I walked up the stairs to help him get settled. The lady at the desk kept calling him non stop and then went to his hotel door banging on the door. He opens the door and she says if she is going to be there with him then I need her ID talking about me. I explained to her that I am just here to help him settle that I am not staying here and that I live down the street. She then leaves and then the next day I went to visit him again and as I was walking up the stairs she was walking from the opposite direction and saw me and says “Oh no! Now I need to see your ID I didn’t know you will be here everyday”. I said “Ma’am! I am visiting I am not staying here.” She then asked me how long I will be staying there saying that it better not be past 8pm. Mind you the time we were talking it was 4:30pm still daylight outside. This woman since he has been in that hotel room has been harassing us. Saying she doesn’t want to get in trouble with me being here. I never had a hotel act like that before and she came across as racist we were the only ones at that establishment that she was treating us this way in a rudely manner. When my boyfriend try to talk she kept telling him to be quiet as she was trying to figure out how to work the computer. We won’t be back here.
