Vale tours is the best. My husband and I stayed in Sorrento and we took tours through the Almafi Coast, to Capri and Pompeii. Vale tours is conveniently located and great customer service. Valentina is so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the area. She provided us with some really great tours. She goes above and beyond. I would highly recommend booking all tours with Vale tours. I love the personal service the most. Booking tours online and not being able to speak to someone is extremely frustrating but Vale tours makes you feel at home.

Absolutely flawless excursion!!! Originally planned to take the ferry boat to Amalfi but saw the flyer for the boat tour while exchanging money at Vale and decided to try it. Beyond happy we did!!! Why the bad reviews? People are so quick to judge things that are either out of peoples control or simply for the joy of complaining. From start to finish Valentina took such pride in booking our last minute excursion and it exceeded our expectations! Door to door service from the Sorrento Hilton to a lovely boat with the most attentive crew. We hit some rough waters on the way back to sorrento and the crew came over to each one of us to ask if we were ok. Could not say enough about this beautiful day to Positano and Amalfi. Thank you so so much for making my last day in Sorrento uforgettable !!!

After our driver back to Naples cancelled at the last moment, I reached out to Vale and they quickly found us a ride. They communicated well, which is a nice change in Italy.

We booked the Amalfi coast “tour” that advertised 2 hours of free time in Positano and 2.5 hours in Amalfi. It ended up just being tickets for a bunch of overbooked ferries. Our ticket had a 10:30 AM departure time from Sorrento and we were at the port to wait in line at 10:15 AM.

We were still not on a ferry almost an hour later at 11:10 AM as they had already filled the 10:30 AM ferry. At this point, we knew we wouldn’t have the advertised 2 hours in Positano. The ferry company they work with finally refunded a portion of our payment, but Vale refused to refund the remaining amount for a tour that never happened. We are now having to dispute this charge with our bank to get our original deposit back from them. Do not recommend booking with this company due to the poor customer service. He knew we couldn’t even go on our tour they overbooked but refused to refund us.

Do NOT use this company!! Our boat was smoking and we had to ride alll the way to Amalfi while inhaling smoke. The owner, the woman, is so rude and horrible. She refused to give our money back. It’s was $450 one way! The boat was disgusting!! Not as the photos!! Run!

We didn’t eat any food or have any drinks, we just wanted off the boat! Imagine you paid for that and then the company keeps your $$$

The operator seemed drunk. He smoke a cigar the whole time while black smoke filled the boat!!

We booked this boat for the day, when we got on the boat, there wasn’t even seating. Like a small stool to sit on, plus 2 seats that were not even attached and sturdy. The boat was a mess and so dirty. There was black smoke coming from the exhaust, we kept asking and he said it was normal! We had to ride 2 hours inhaling black smoke that filled the boat and lower cabin. We got to Amalfi and called the company, refusing to take it back. When we got off the boat, all our clothes were ruined with soot. My friends white sweater was grey. He refused to give our money back. We all had sore throats from inhaling so much smoke. When we blew our noses, black came out! I cannot believe this company is hiring boats and not even looking at them. She admitted she had never even seen the boat. operating a business in this way is horrible! Do NOT us this company!!. Disgusting experience! We had to hang our heads off the boat for air. Unbelievable! The cabin was absolutely disgusting, no running water to wash hands. Boat is filthy and old!

I am visiting Sorrento and the various sights and sounds with my wife from Vancouver, Canada. I walked into this office several times for currency exchange and information. It by far had the best exchange rate for GBP versus any of the other exchange office in the area, which were offering very uncompetitive rates. We also booked a Capri tour with the Company. The original day we booked was cancelled due to weather and we were provided notice and a refund by the Company. We then booked the same trip a few days later and the excursion was great. The tour operator or brokerage can only do so much if the weather is not safe. I would recommend to anyone to walk in this office if you want to explore some sights and sounds via a tour operator. The Company is run by a husband and wife and I personally am happy that my currency is going towards a small business operation.

Booked a day trip to the Island of Capri with Blue Grotto. Had an amazing experience on boat 22. The Captain and Boatman made it a fun and enjoyable trip. Watch out for the rowboat scams at the Blue Grotto- there is a standard price to enter the cave and the boatmen receive tips. The crew was well informed about the island, ensured we had knew our options when getting of the boat in Capri, and a finishing touch was limoncello at the end of trip. It was a beautiful day, boat was clean, tour was well organized, and it was worth the money. I booked this trip at the city center building prior to seeing the reviews.

Do not use this company.

First of all, I booked this company to go to Capri. We were actually put on a ferry which we could have done ourselves. When we got there the boat tour we were booked on was crammed full of people on this crappy boat. I didn't even bother getting on and wasting my time, and instead booked an amazing tour with a company locally on Capri. I wouldn't do a tour with them, instead take a ferry and book a tour there.

The next part is we booked our transfer to Naples. We were told it would be a nice Mercedes like pictured. It was not. It was a 20 year old jaguar with scratches all down the side and faded/smelly interior. Obviously we had no choice but to take it or we would miss our train. The driver was awful. He was on his phone with no hands on the wheel doing 100km/hr while texting! He was swerving all over the road and I had to ask him to put his phone down. He then tried to tell me his 20 year old car had autopilot. Then he proceeded to deliberately drive across lanes. He then told us the company had said not to drop us near the train station but he was going to do that for us anyway to be nice. Honestly, if you value your life....do not book these people.
